We’ve stopped there a couple times since we are staying in the area. We hasn’t been to a 5 Guys in a while. It was very good. Burgers were great and fries were as good as I remember!

Great location, right off the interstate. A great option if you're not in the mood for "fast food" (although they serve your food quickly).The burgers are what you would expect from your typical 5 Guys.The staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean!

Stopped by this Five Guys on the way to Manassas to grab some on the go provisions. They had our burgers to us quickly and of course a giant pile of fries. The free style soda machine made it easy to pick out a nice road trip soda. Everything was cooked well and tasted great.

I go to Five Guys because of the portions of the fries and because I can get my hamburger made the way I want.On March 8 of this year I stopped in for a burger and large fries. As I waited for my order I watched the staff fill the bags with the order and fries. Several customers got fries and then a few extra added to the bag using a stainless steel tray. The apparent manager would then go over and using both hands as a scoop would add more fries to selected customer bags. The portions were not equal for all customers. It was apparent that your portions were dependent on who you were.As for me I watched the server fill my fry cup then take some out and put them in the steel pan and he then poured them into my bag. For $7.99 I got ripped off.I called Five Guys corporate number to complain and after a week no one has gotten back with me. I know as one customer I don't matter to them, but I have gone to the Lynchburg VA, Emporia VA, locations as well as this South Hill location. Thanks to the lack of response and obvious selective customer treatment I will never visit a Five Guys again.

Picked up the meal from here and the food was just delicious. Perfect big hamburger with any fixings/condiments, a paper brown bag of skin-on French fries to polish it off.I will definitely eat here again!

I really just wanted fries but I got a a burger and soda and my friend got burger fries and soda so together it was $49... and I don't mind paying for good food but the burgers where just ok... not $50 worthy!
Five Guys does a great burger with every codiment option you could imagine. Then there's a whole sack full of the best fries. They are a cut well above fast food.

Ya'll... these people made my day! I love Five Guys burgers and made a point to stop at this one on a trip from DC to Raleigh. I was mistaken about the time and was trying to get in before they opened. The Manager came to the door, let me in and welcomed me to wait and have some peanuts while they finished the opening process. Everyone working there was super friendly, and their kindness of not just telling me to come back later or ignoring me really made me think how such a small gesture can change someone's whole mood! Oh, and the burger was, of course, devine!
