I visited this store on 12/21/25 and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The store wasn’t busy when we arrived. We waited 30 minutes at the register which at first was understandable because it did seem like they were initially helping others. However, after that point, there was zero communication. No “hey, we’ll be with you in a minute,” no “sorry, we can’t take more orders,” absolutely nothing.
Instead, the two women working just stared at us and gave nasty looks while we stood there waiting, unsure if we were being ignored or if service was just intentionally withheld. The attitude was cold, unprofessional, and honestly shocking.
If you don’t want to serve customers, say so. Ignoring people and making them feel uncomfortable is unacceptable. I left beyond disgusted with the behavior and will not be returning.

I waited a long time and the burger was not the one I ordered, was barely warm and the fries were hard and barely warm as well. We are traveling so it’s quite a disappointment- We were not only detained but now, can’t bring myself to even eat what I paid for.

We stopped here on a Friday and then that Sunday. Service and wait were terrible Friday and my husband’s chicken on his sandwich was rubbery. Sunday I ordered one biscuit and it took 15 minutes to get just one biscuit.

I did not have a meal here this visit, but my father did. He ordered a bacon cheese hamburger which he said tasted good! My last visits here have been well! Service sometimes a hit or miss by staff, but the manager does well to work with us when occasional issues arise! The staff is good when each focuses on the job at hand and do their best to provide the quality of food choice purchased by the customer. K9
