The guy manager served us COLD CHICKEN AND BISCUIT WITH AN ATTITUDE. Slammed the window shut and walked off so we couldn't say anything. Rushed us to order like someone was in line or behind us. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Normally there is a woman at the window and she is SO FRIENDLY and nice. It's not our fault he had to work on a Monday, I did to. I come from retail customer service as a MANAGER and I simply WOULD NEVER! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

We had an absolutely horrible experience. We had delayed drive thru service with no other customers in the store and only one car ahead of us. We waited 20+ mins for food to be made then received an incomplete order. Upon requesting the missing items, they had to be made requiring more time to wait. The manager/supervisor then hesitated to give a refund claiming she didn’t see our vehicle parked outside as if the cashier hadn’t just come in from delivering our order. The manager/supervisor didn’t offer an apology or closure to the transaction, she just turned around rudely and didn’t offer a receipt confirming the refund. We will not be returning.

The man who took the order wasn't very friendly and got the order wrong.
After ordering from drive thru menu, I pulled up to the drive thru window and noticed a worker spraying his vehicle tires down with a chemical spray in the parking lot, I thought it was odd but I paid and was told to pull up while my single order of a bacon cheese burger was being made,and she said she'd bring it to me. I pull up to a parking spot and noticed said employee leave the parking lot to enter the establishment. I waited for my bacon cheese burger for maybe 5 minutes. The worker at the window then bought it out to me, as I felt in the bag I noticed the sandwhich was cold to the touch, weird for something just having been made, so I open it up and see the bacon looked undercooked and was cold. I asked the gir,l who had just finished bringing out food for another person that was also told to pull up how they made their bacon, and that it was cold, like it just come out of the fridge or something. She said that they could remake it, I said fine, I'll come in and wait. Upon entrance I saw the same guy who was out in the parking lot using chemicals on his car, as the cook. I then asked for my money back because as poorly put together as the first burger was, I couldn't be sure if he even had time to wash his hands since he obviously didn't have time to warm the bacon to the right temperature. Then, what I can only assume was the manager seemed to have a stank attitude when she went to give me my money back. The sad part is, it wasn't even packed, just me at first, then maybe 2 or 3 others, after me waiting the first time. I wasn't about to risk getting sick from a...Hardees.

Clean. Bright. Great service from time of order, service, and exit by a friendly staff.I wish more fast food places focused on such detail and service for their customers as this staff does. Thoroughly enjoy our visits on a weekly basis.Parking: Ample parking areas during dinner time.
This Hardee’s location used to be great. It was a tradition to stop by after traveling and get fresh food. This is no longer the case. I went there today and received sub par service from a Caribbean woman who I assume was the manager. I watched her interact with other customers and when it was time to place my order she was rude. I was very polite to her so her weird rude energy was not warranted. On top of that, the food was disgusting. The biscuit was hard cold and burnt. She didn’t pack any condiments even though she offered it to other customers. Stay away from this Hardee’s location and go somewhere where your food will be fresh and customer service is valued.
