Great customer service and great sandwiches!

Husband has been several times and they treat him like he’s stupid when he’s trying to ask for sandwiches and we have noticed that The amount of meat is getting less and there’s more lettuce. The sandwiches are smaller. Seems like the changes occurred when new ownership started.

they have nice service but only in south hill jersey mikes ..make you feel you got taken ...they dont even load it up with meat ...nn they dont even know how season nn its just taste like it was made with no love ..dont waste your money

My first experience with Jersey Mike in south hill was ok very tasty, but my experience after that, the subs gets a D- No Meat at all for $45.00 plus they we’ll never get another $$ from me, terrible experience, pail for Bread and Lettuce and oil and vinegar and mayo, I could have gone to Walmart and bought 6 decent subs and dressed them up at home the way I like, Waste of Time and Money Never Again looks nothing like the TV Commercial Sandwich, that’s why I stopped going to Subway,

The employees working here were really great. Very friendly and very accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and they really took a lot of care to make sure no gluten even touched it and made us feel welcome. Great customer service!!!

My husband and children waited five minutes before any of the FIVE employees behind the counter (who saw my family) even acknowledged them to take their order. The unfortunate part is once my children were in there my husband couldn’t leave since my kids actually like Jersey Mike’s. The guy who’s actually made the sandwiches was new and didn’t know what he was doing (which is also fine - except that no one was trying to show him how course correct).

Due to service alone - I’d not recommend this location. The food itself is standard. You know what you’re getting.

They’re already starting off on the wrong foot! I ordered a tuna sub and I swear there was no tuna on the sandwich what so ever. I paid $10 for bread, lettuce and tomato. I’d rather travel an extra 30 minutes to Henderson before I step foot back into this establishment.
