I see why you KFC in South Hill Virginia only have 2.5 so last night at about 9:30 pm august 1st we went to the drive-thru to order my husband some food because we are long haul truckers whos been gone for two months had our son in the backseat we were laughing and carrying on because they were currently out of my husband's food you had some employee FEMALE working the speakerphone who might want to quit running their mouth to people AND STAY out of people's business especially in their personsl vehicle is none of your business what I was laughing at with my family n my car get over yourself you chose to work fast food if you're so dramatic about what people talk about in their car you don't need to be there and you don't need to be out of window

You can’t get the simplest order correct.. I got 2 sides a large Cole slaw and a large mashed potatoes and gravy… you gave me green beans instead of Cole slaw… I live in South Hill and haven’t been there in 10 years but I needed a couple of sides and it was a mistake coming there

Poor service!! 5/23/2025. I want through the drive Thurs and told the cashier that I had a couple for a 2pc meal for 5.99 and after she asks what kind of drink i wanted and I said no drink comes with it also she tried to me only one side come with it I inform her what the coupon stated 2pc chicken,cole slaw,potatoes/gravy, 1 biscuit for 5.99 tell how did that add up to $9 and some change. I didn't pay attention to that until I pulled off and dump the money in my pocketbook. Please get someone in there that knows what they are door.

We ordered 2 $5 deals, regular recipe leg and thigh. No thighs avail, only 3 regular recipe legs. We could have an extra crispy leg for the 4th piece. Our favorite piece is a regular recipe thigh, so we left. There were 5 cars in line and it's 11:52 a.m. They didn't have any thighs to cook. 🥲

drive-through lady have really bad attitude, she is so rude to everyone staff don’t know what they’re doing. While I was waiting for my food, I see three customer is just missing things from the order Store was not clean very sticky floor everywhere is Food even Kitchen is messed up. KFC and Taco Bell corporate people should know about all this mess, And please take action.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. I'm going to be completely honest, I felt like they didn't care for white people. They act like your getting on their nerves when you order, and ignore you when you're trying to find out why it's been 35 minutes and still no chicken!!! I'll never go to this place again!!

The employees spent an hour and a half making 5 build your own cravings boxes. When asked, the answer was “we’re working on it” one of them was also very rude and had a nasty attitude. The order also came out wrong after all that time.
