We ordered 2 meatball parmigiana subs. It was a take out order and the 2 subs came to $25 plus taxes. I have had meatball subs from NY to FL and never had a sub like this. Usually a sub comes with 4 full meatballs, but these subs were 2 meatballs cut in half. The taste was about average but to charge that for 2 meatballs and some cheese was a bit much.

I just come in there the other day the The food was great. Service was great, but it was so hot in there. It just took my breath. It felt like outside and the poor workers was just there miserable one girl had a wet, cold paper towel, wiping the sweat off her face please someone needs to fix the AC.
Lunch of Alfredo Chicken, was very tasty and delicious.
Food is amazing! great service!
Pizza is always the best, that's why we go there. Air conditioning in non existing. Draft beer is hot. Please fix the air and beer temperature. We really want to come in once a week for your pizza.
The music was too loud. The portions were large but way too tomatoey (word) sauce. Our server was polite, but not very attentive as drinks were allowed to go empty for a very long period of time.
The waiters were all super nice and so was the food.

Food was great and came out quick, except the bread rolls, which usually come with my to-go orders, but I had to ask for them, and it took a while to get them. When we got them, they were scalding hot, microwave hot, and were hard as rocks when they finally cooled, I couldn't even break them apart.
Service was sub-par. After the main course came out, we didn't see the server for about 25/30 minutes, couldn't ask for refills or napkins or anything, which is kind of a necessity with kids eating anything especially pizza. Kinda seemed like she was avoiding us or, benefit of the doubt, maybe just distracted, it wasn't very busy with probably 5 cars in the parking lot at 6pm.
We ordered a 14" (medium) pizza, got a large that was missing toppings, I didn't bother about the toppings because the kids were hungry and not too picky, but I didn't realize it was a large until I got the check. When I asked the waitress about it, she just shrugged and didn't say anything.
Morale of the story, if you want to partake in the great food, get your food to go, and get garlic bread instead.

Salad was missing, mozzarella sticks were cold and inedible and I’m staying in a hotel and they forgot to add silverware and I asked for it in the notes. Hard to eat spaghetti with no fork!

First I will note upon payment I noticed a $4 increase on my dish I ordered. Wouldn't have made a stink if that was the only issue, I grabbed another menu with updated prices cus I know everything is going up. But to get home and open up to 4 regular sized raviolis, no bread or anything for $16 is insane. They were yummy but also barely warm.
I had to pay extra for a side salad, which they sent a cheaper incorrect salad. And to add insult to injury there was a hair right on top of the salad.
All I wanted was to have some nice Italian food for my birthday and instead I was left hungry and disappointed. I have ordered here many times and i called in and requested to speak to the manager instead of leaving this review. I heard them talking while I was waiting and he couldnt be bothered to take my call and had the young server take the call back. Claimed to be too busy when there were only a couple cars in the parking lot. I left my name and number, the issues with my order and he never bothered to reach back. The owner needs to get a lesson in Italian food and hospitality. They could care less about it so they've lost my business now.
