I came to the McDonald’s 7 minutes before they closed. The workers saw me looked right at me and refused acknowledge me or take my order. It says open till midnight not open till 11:53

This location needs some serious help. The gentleman working the drive through seemed overwhelmed, repeated the same questions multiple times, and did not get the order right at all. The food was not good, fries were extremely salty; I only enjoyed my lemonade and nuggets. I would avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

Restaurant is 24 hours. Food was fresh hot, cashier very welcoming and the store was clean (store and bathrooms).
We did drive thru and the order was wrong. I complained and they told me they couldn't do anything.

Had a very bad experience at this store.. i just ordered a iced coffee around 6:30 , most of the staff are changing shifts and yelling at each other . After multiple follow up they gave me coffee which was no where with McD standards

My husband spent 13.57 on the new crispy chicken strips and they were raw inside we will never eat at this McDonald's again and I'll tell all my friends and family do not go to the McDonald's in south hill va
