I visited here to get some food for my son, they surprised me when I went through the drive through because they were so fast, efficient and polite. The politeness threw me off,lol. It was so genuine from the ladies I appreciated it and the smiles, and well wishes, they were just on top of things and did it with a smile on their faces, keep up the great work

Location is marked as 24h service. Arrived at 1:10AM, store clearly occupied with movement inside as well as lights on both inside & at drive through. After waiting a few minutes with no answer from the order kiosk outside, whoever was inside on shift simply turned off the exterior and interior lights.One of the few options for late-night food that exists within a 30 minute radius of this area, but management either makes no effort to properly staff their franchise location, or no effort to ensure that accurate hours of operation are made available to potential customers. Careless and inefficient management isn’t a good look, and clearly the location needs better leadership or oversight.

This place has been nothing but terrible every time I have come here but the last time and the last time literally was it for me because they took way too long to give me my food (35 minutes to be exact) and then when I asked about my food, the lady looked at me with a rude face like I was an inconvenience to her (and the whole time they messed up because they didn’t even get my order correct) and then our ice cream they didn’t get the order right nor did they give us any spoons (like why would you sell ice cream without spoons) I get you can go somewhere else and get a spoon I get that, but the customer service here is terrible. I do NOT recommend this place for anyone and I most definitely will NEVER be coming back here!!! And if I could give them zero stars, I would! Just absolutely terrible terrible terrible terrible I am such a disappointed customer.

The system of ordering yourself limits you, being there 2 older ladies waited too long to be served since they concentrate on the automac and that for me personally does not make it a good service, the employees do what they can because it is hard work But I think there should be an employee waiting for the cash register for special cases.

Don't go here to eat breakfast or for coffee in the mornings. You'll be in the drive thru 30 mins or more only to be served cold coffee & food. Not to mention RUDE employees. Do better McDonald's.... do better!!

Food was good we had to have one sandwich remade the person making the sandwiches with scrolling on his phone with his gloves on I'm not sure if he was changing his gloves between phone use. Other than that it was good the employees were right on it to solve the problem

Visited this location in the evening when a bunch of people showed up all at once. Ordered from kiosk and couldn't change the bun on my quarter pounder and I asked the gentleman behind the counter and he made sure it was. Great staff, great service, will work quickly as possible to get your order done. Visit this place every time I visit South Hill! ?????

It is a quiet place, when we go we always place the order on the screen and sit down, they bring everything quickly. We have never had much contact with the staff, it makes it more comfortable for us to do it this way to take our time, the place is never full and sometimes it has been empty, but we really like going

Got to this location at midnight because I'm working out of town. They are supposed to be open until 1am. As I was walking in some lady in her car caught me before I got to the door and through her driver's side window tells me "hi I'm already closed. I don't got no registers" I said you're already closed?? "Yeah I don't got no registers up there" whatever that means. Probably that she already shut them down and she's incredibly lazy and useless. McDonalds yall are already bad enough as it is but this is complete nonsense. This is why I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in years and why I will continue not to. Tried to give it a chance since it was basically the only quick option and that's exactly the reminder I needed to never eat there again. Way to go mickeydees.

Let's start with the service. I ordered off the Kiosk using some of my reward points from the McDonald's app to redeem a free Frappuccino, but after the order was put in, the worker at the register rudely informed me that they could not make any frozen drinks. I asked her to replace it with a large coffee, although it's not worth all the points I spent. Then I continued to wait over 20 minutes until I went up to the counter, and the employee asked me what I was waiting for. I told her I had still not received my coffee, and then she said, "Ain't nobody got you that yet?" And then proceeded to take another 10 minutes to make it. Meanwhile, I had received my cheeseburger and chicken nuggets. The patties on the cheeseburger were very dry, and the cheese was not melted at all. The patties tasted off and left a sour taste by my mouth. I never had McDonald's that didn't TASTE like McDonald's. I visited with two friends, and the one received a Big MAC with NO patty. See the picture below. While I was waiting for my coffee, he came up the counter with his burgerless big mac, and the woman took it to add a patty. The worker turned around and showed the girl assmebling the burgers the empty bun, and then she busted out laughing at her own mistake. I then stood there watching the same girl look for a bottom bun for someone's sandwich that she was assembling for 5 minutes. In the end, my friends sandwich and my coffee situation were both fixed, but I could not even bring myself to eat half of my horrible tasting burger. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, but I go to McDonald's quite often, and I have NEVER seen one in this bad condition. I recommend the clarksville location instead.
