This was a very busy McDonalds- especially the drive-thru. We were going to order at the kiosks which were all full, but then the manager called us up to the counter and took our order. It came out within 5 minutes. Order was correct, food was Ok. It could have been hotter but was fine. I would stop again when in the area.

Anything worth doing is worth doing right. Management and the employees clearly don't care to even attempt to do the job right. Or maybe because the McDonald's is inside a truck stop and the employees think... why give a damn about quality, making the order properly . I ordered 2 bacon cheese biscuits. The biscuits were raw and doughie. Cheese was cold and hanging off the side of the biscuits. Just looked like garbage. I got my money back and left. And it wasn't just me. I watched one order after another get returned because of sloppy presentation. It's bad enough I'm having to pay 10 dollars for 2 biscuits. But to pay 10 dollars for garbage I wouldn't give to a dog. Yea sorry it's unacceptable

This location is always so slow and gets the order incorrect and waiting over 25 minutes for mobile order pick up. Very inefficient location. Especially for being at a gas stop they are inefficient.

So it's 1:30 am and we decided to go to mcdonalds to get food. She said we don't serve quarter punders after 12:00 pm. So you can't get breakfast. I get that but now you serve small only small sandwiches.
