This McDonald's needs help. It's always been the slowest and poorest run McDonald's I've visited in the Carolinas. It's only positive and the reason I keep going is that it's next to places Im regularly visiting. Otherwise, save yourself some time and drama and go to literally ANY other one.

The lady working at 12:42 am Jan 24 was super rude. I ask politely for the correct sauce. She said I messed up my order, I showed her I had put it on my order, and she proceeded to disrespect me verbally.
Management needs to address this or provide her assistance.

The girl working the window today at about 6:30 this morning was wonderful I have a severe food allergy she was patient and read the ingredients on the sauces for me to make sure it was safe. Food was hot and fresh .Thank you so much!

I have been going to this mcdonalds for a while. They are slow to get out your food which might not even be right. There milkshake maching and slushie machines are typically broken but when they work they dont even fill the cup up. I have given this mcdonalds several chances and they always come up short

You can definitely tell when the kids are working Nothing was correct and care wasn't a priority. It's noticeable once you walk in and hear the class in hallway conversation

Food was made very sloppy. Orange juice tasted like water-13$ for a meal and it was horrible. Let alone the drive through lady coat was dirty and she was extremely rude and rushy. Never again
Long wait time staff was in the back talking the whole time had to wait to long even though the employees saw me standing there the employees are rude and are always playing around behind the counter it's mainly the midnight shift
