Worst customer service Iāve seen and experienced at any restaurant. I put an online order in, could not add another item that I wanted, so I put my order in and then figured I would call to add the other. I waited on hold forever, when she finally answered the phone I was answered with attitude. I informed her I couldnāt add what I wanted so I wanted to add it then she told me to go online. I told her it wouldnāt add so thatās the reason for my call she then proceeded to tell me āwell I really canāt and Iām not taking your order right nowā and she really didnāt when thatās quite literally her job! I also didnāt even get all of my order. So you guys took my money, and didnāt even give me everything I ordered. I really didnāt feel like fighting with her anymore. My husband and I were ending a long car ride from Florida and figured weād order, I really shouldāve just cooked dinner.

Mary and one other person is doing the damn thing ..every time I come here she is working hard with just one other taking hundreds of orders and getting them out in a timely manner !! Hat is off to you and that other person!! I donāt know how yall do it!! šŖš¾
Worst Restaurant in South Hill and thatās saying something with Hardeeās and Taco Bell here also. Waited 2 hours for my order and when I went in to see what was going on, they havenāt even made it and it would be an additional 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Dominoās is better anyway.
