Pizza Hut Express

Well I had made a special order personal pan pizza for myself and because of its freshness and very small size I was contented and satisfied.

I placed an order at 4:38 pm to be delivered at 7:00 pm. When it hadn’t arrived at 7:10 pm, I called to check its status. I was assured it was out for delivery and would be there in 2-3 minutes. At 7:30 pm, it still hadn’t arrived, so I called again. I was given every excuse (I’m new here, there are some kinks with the online ordering system, we have one delivery guy, etc). And I was told that our delivery guy was out on another delivery then ours was next. Finally, at 7:35, our order arrived. I was assured (on the second phone call), that our order would still be piping hot. The vast majority was lukewarm at best. Some of it was downright cold. I guess it’s unsurprising that an order that was 35 minutes late had to be microwaved before we could eat it. 0 stars for service. 0 stars for quality. Do not recommend.
