Here on 3/12/26 went to subway at 2am . Kid working there doesn’t want to make sandwiches ! He said he can make protein bowls ! He had a rack of bread done and 6 racks that needed to go in oven. This Gen Z didn’t want to make me a ham and cheese on bread ! Subway you should see how much money this kid made you tonight!! I ended up getting some chicken in a bowl with cheese and pickles…..Oh then the kid tells me to go home and heat my chicken up! I told him you dub I’m in a semi truck stuck here trying to just get a sandwich! He then heated oven up and heated my chicken up! What a waste of time!

Customer Service was outstanding. Ordered Tuna on 6” flatbread and learned that location no longer offers flatbread. Had it in a flour tortilla wrap. The wrap was prepared exactly to my liking but I am not a big fan of mayonnaise and it was just too much. The mayonnaise drowned out the banana peppers, lettuce and onions - a sloppy wrap. Again, the line staff was courteous, attentive, prompt and friendly.

I was going to grab a sandwich from here, but honestly I was scared. There were about 6 flies flying around and the lettuce was brown. Not to mention I stood there for a min trying to make life decisions and no one even acknowledged me. I went to MC D’s and got my fried food and moved on.

Disgusting with flies everywhere. The person working wasn’t attentive at all and kept forgetting what was said. Half the order was messed up. The cookies are rock hard. Gross. Altogether just gross.

I actually chose not to eat there because there were 3 people behind the counter talking to each other and 5 or 6 of us waiting for service. One person was taking cookies off the sheet and the other two were doing something else, but the food area was not visible so it was unclear what they were doing and why no one acknowledges all the people waiting to get served.

I have only been to this establishment a handful of times. Every single time I’ve been there’s no bread. Fine I can get a wrap. Today I stop before my night shift at work to get a salad. There was no one working. There was a white sheet of paper on the door saying “on break be back in 30 mins” now I have no clue how long it had been posted but I waited a good 8-10 mins before just leaving. Also the office door was wide open. I hope nothing important was in there because anyone could have walked in. Do better.
