Y'all suck. This is the 4th time I have went to Walmart and received no help finding what I need after asking. A worker gave me a smart attitude after I asked politely about an item. Motorized Handicap scooters left outside of the store in direct heat. Puddles of water near iceboxes without a slippery floor sign up warning people (I slipped in one). I have been thinking about going an extra 38 miles to Emporia to their Walmart, at least that way I can receive customer service without the attitude. I WILL call Corporate Office today and file one long complaint.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, from Auto Service Center management, right down to the cashier at the front. Not a second thought given to wasting a customer's valuable time,.or lying straight to a customer's face. I spent almost $1000 in that store today and spent almost 4 hours trying to get new tires on my vehicle. Never again. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
