Never go wrong with a frosty!

I was there Sunday Dec 1 2024 approximately 4PM. Service was EXTREMELY slow. One of the worker shift was ending. Evidently she rode a motorcycle. She put her helmet on her arm. It appears another worker need her assistance with the register. At that point she put her helmet on the counter. She repeated this more than once. ON THE COUNTER where food is placed. I finally got my COLD food. But my friend who placed her order directly after me had to wait .Several people got their order. She finally asked about her order. It had never place.. This was my 1st and LAST time stopping at Wendy in South Hill, Va. I hope that someone will address my concern especially with the lady putting her Helmet on the counter. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER passing thru So.Hill.

If you want all of your food that you ordered and paid for I would recommend going somewhere else. This is the second time. Lesson learned.

I DIDNT GET MY FREAKING BACONATOR AND INSTEAD THEY GAVE ME SOME BUM SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH. ITS NOT THAT HARD BRO JUST GIVE ME THE BACONATOR IT WAS LIKE 12 BUCKS AND THE BUM CHICKEN IS LIKE 8 AND ALSO IT DIDNT EVEN COME WITH THE PICKLES. I AM NOT HAPPY!

The patty on my JBC was half the size it usually is, the food was cold, we were missing food, the drinks taste of chemicals, and they said at first they couldn’t serve burgers, they then changed their mind. I’m not sure if there actually was an issue with the stock or store in general, but please address it for the sake of your customers.

We did a mobile pickup on our way through South Hill. Once we got to the drive thru we sat at the speaker for 10 mins before anyone even acknowledged us. Then once we got to the window they told us to pull up next to the door. Someone else was waiting for their food in front of us also. After about 15 mins one of the employees comes out the door with the other cars food and states they forgot they were waiting. The employee then proceeded to light a cigarette and stand outside the door chatting with another employee. We were still waiting for our food. I finally got out of the car and went inside to get our food. Food was hot but overall would not recommend this Wendy's after that experience

It's amazing how far standards have fallen. I went inside & had to wait almost 5 minutes to place my order as the cashier was filling an order for the person in front of me while multiple employees stood around laughing and joking around. Then likely the off going manager stood in front of me at the register while ringing up her food.

It was impossible to tell who was in charge as the employees were wearing sweatshirts and jackets with no name tags. One employee had his uniform visor hanging around his neck.

I ordered a chili cheese potato. About 10 minutes after I placed my order the cashier called out to me, yelling for me to come to the counter. It used to be employees treated customers with respect and would physically go to the customer if there was an issue with the order to discuss options.

Then I was told they were out of chili and it was heating up/wouldn't be ready for at least an hour. He told me to order a different potato. I chose a different potato and day sat down. Within a few minutes he yelled for me that my order was ready. To my surprise it was a chili cheese potato!

I went to eat my meal and I found the chili lukewarm, (likely they had microwaved it) and the potato was undercooked.

Don't waste your time/money here. The District Manager needs to fire all the staff including the managers that have let this happen and bring in a new GM to fix this place and restore the Wendy's reputation.
