Ladies restroom had no lighting. Went to manager and requested emergency lights be turned on and was told no. Waited and used men’s restroom. Sign in men’s restroom noted how important cleanliness and safety is to company and recommendation to contact management if there are concerns???

AVOID THIS PLACE! We were in a road trip passing by and needed a fast bite. This place is really slow, disorganized, dirty and just out of touch with reality. Any where is gonna be better than this, including dying of starvation.

I ordered their classic chicken sandwich last night and oh my god, it was hard as hell. So chewy had to throw it out. I don’t know why they don’t throw the old ones out and make fresh. I am sure there is a time frame till the food can stay good.
But sadly, they keep serving those old ones. Well, I am never gonna go back there.

Close this store and start over. I travel all over the country. This is the worst by far! Employees clueless with no direction. Food cold!

It’s unfortunate to give a negative feedback about any service that I consume. Not only the wait was over 10 minutes to give us our drinks. The cashier was on his phone as I pulled up to the window, didn’t even speak to me or acknowledge that I was there. Nevertheless didn’t ensured the order was missing a drink and to make things worse the ice coffee’s milk was spoiled. Waste of time and money, I certainly don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Nowhere in this country should it take 20 minutes at a drive through. I wish I could say this was an isolated experience but it's every time at this Wendy's. I come here maybe twice a year hoping it gets better but it's been this bad for years. But sometimes you're just jonesin for Wendys.
