20/10...also, their duck symbol is cute.

We got the smallest donuts — my 8-year-old was shocked at how tiny and skinny they were. They used to be good, but I guess now that everyone knows about them, they’ve decided not to try to keep the same quality.

Normally, Duck Donuts does a fantastic job and we love this location, but today's online order was a letdown. The donuts were picked up and found to be messy and unappetizing, completely lacking the care and quality control we usually see. Hoping this was just an anomaly!

Oh boy I came here for Fathers Day to get my husband some surprise donuts. First bad sign was a huge line of people waiting to get their orders. Probably 8 people ahead of me. Went to the counter and wasn’t acknowledged by the three employees working that day, thankfully I just used context clues and realized I could order on the little kiosk. Put that order in and watched the employees continue to ignore and customers while filling orders at a pretty casual/slow pace. I finally got my order and the food was very good I won’t deny that but they gotta work on their attitudes and their efficiency. Probably won’t go back for a long time because that wait was agonizing and with no acknowledgement from the employees (even an apology or a thank you for waiting goes a long way!)

Came just now on mother's day. Sent my son inside to pick up our online order. First of all he was waiting 10 minutes and no one asked if he can be helped... They were taking other people's orders ahead of him, even though he was standing right at the desk waiting patiently. 2nd, our order was not ready to be picked up. What's the point of ordering and paying online if we still have to wait in the store for them to make them?? Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Dirty place! Bad management and very stingy

The donuts are freaking delicious!! Omg..warm and kinda crisp. The bourbon apple pie was the best!! The drinks we had were also good, but wouldn’t recommend the breakfast bagel. The bagel itself was very tough/ chewy/ hard to rip pieces off lol.
I am Docking a star because the two teenagers (boy and a girl) working there this Saturday morning were less than inviting. Acting like they couldn’t be bothered/ didn’t want to be there and weren’t really paying attention to what we were saying. it’s a very tiny area if you want to sit down, only two tables. Wish it opened before 7am for before morning commute. Other than that definitely try it out.

Oh what an experience! If you are coming here, give yourself ample time! This is not your “pick” donut shop. Everything is freshly made!!
They start with a unflavored donut and custom make each one you order! Can’t get fresher than that! Will come here again and again!
