Please save this place from the lady who is taking the driveway orders. She wears a scarf. I ordered 10 assorted donuts, drove to the window to pick up, I was give munchkins. After 5 mins, and talking to 2 other workers asking me again & again what I have ordered; the lady with the scarf came to the window & start almost yelling at me saying “you said munchkinsssss”” I replied & told her I didn’t & I know I ordered; she said “NOOO” after 15Mins I had to leave there because the lady was rude, and the other 2 workers were confused & lost not only because of my order but overall. Unacceptable behavior.

Absolutely loved Dunkin'! ?????The hazelnut iced coffees that i ordered were on point, and the glazed donuts were pure perfection. Plus, the Muslim cashier (I unfortunately forgot her name but it was like Jenna or Juma or something like that) was adorable and super nice, making the experience even better! ? ? ?
There needs to be better quality control , it’s always a 50/50 at this location with what you’re going to get.

While the staff was very friendly, they need better training on health codes. While standing in line, I immediately observed that multiple employees were touching donuts and bagels directly with their hands and they were also touching door handles, cash, credit cards, etc. They were wearing gloves, but it was completely pointless since they were not changing their gloves after handling non-food items, nor were they washing their hands. As soon as I noticed this, I left without ordering any food.

Yesterday I went to get my self a Pumpkin Spice latte, and a really polite employer served me. She was really nice and smily, I have never been treated that way by any other employer at dunkins. Also, she made my drink really sweet the way I asked it to be. Shes a hijabi lady her name started with J I believe.

This is a new, clean location and the staff is very raw/new. There is definitely a learning curve and I know this establishment will figure it out and stabilize. On my recent trip, the milkshake I ordered was watered down. I will update my review once things slowly improve.
