I feel like I should put this here cause this is the second time this has happened my brother knows the owner but I don’t so I guess this is the only way to reach them but when I get the kokee ade without ice I got water with some syrup at the bottom which wasn’t mixed so I was drinking water and the person at the front told me it was because I didn’t get ice even though I paid extra for it as I didn’t want it melt while I was biking. So overall I strongly do not recommend the kokee ade because of this experience as this has happened 2/3 times I have gotten it.

My proudest theory on achieving happy life involves consuming bubbletea. So the more bubbletea purveyors the better. But wow, finding Kokee Tea all the way in the middle of a suburban food desert is like finding refreshing spring water in the middle of Sahara. And the outdoor patio is particularly swell for lounging.
My hats off to Kokee. Keep educating on the tea, QQ, and herbal jelly for these ingredients are much more diabete friendly [aka healthier] than sugar in my books.

I have returned 4 times for the coffee and the “Mango Cheesecake Kokee” ?? I must be honest and say that the service is slow ?? but what they sell makes up for it. ??

These drinks are really good and a lot of fun! My wife had one that had oreos in it and mine was strawberry. Both were great and I'm excited to come back and try more! Was reasonably priced too

Go here if you like your drink to be 90% ice. 0 value for money
Let me first say I love their boba! I will continue to come here unless I find a place better. The reason I can’t give five stars is because of the service. I tired to call in an order once and the young girl asked me how many drinks, I said 2, she then said; we only allow you to call in an order if it’s less than one. I hung up since it made no sense.I then proceed to the store to order and they were out of boba!!! Could’ve saved me a trip as I would’ve known before driving all the way there. Sometimes, it’s just the little things! I know Teahouse is close but I don’t like their boba pearls. I like 5T Ice since they give 2 scoops of boba, but they don’t have brown sugar syrup! So, Kokee it is until I stumble across another good one!
Our students frequently take community independent instruction to this location. Each time we visit, it’s a pleasant experience. We love this place and we absolutely love Jessie too! Jessie made up feel right at home! Def recommend this place!

I’ve had more boba than anyone I’ve ever met. Been to a lot of Boba places but Kokee is by far my favorite. Not only is it great in taste and variety but consistent every time. Every time. You won’t find better boba. Can’t wait to invest in their stock.

If you've never had a craffle (think croissant meets waffle) - then it's time to head over to Kokee Tea in South Riding and give it a go. We tried four on our first visit and the "Thinking of my ex-girlfriend" was phenomenal (craffle topped with strawberry jam and a whipped cream cheese topping). We appreciated that there were also savory offerings (we greatly enjoyed the corn and cheese). We aren't huge into bubble tea (and that does seem to be their main shindig) but greatly enjoyed their coffee concoctions (we've been back 2x since and each coffee drink we've tried has been great). We like the local flair on the decorations in the seating area too - made it feel like a real fun community spot.
