The server at the drive through window handed me my coffee with her hand around the waist of the cup. So I used all 5 finger to take it from her by holding the lid/rim. Well the lid was not on so the cup fell and covered the inside and outside of my truck in coffee. The worst part is she tried to make it my fault by saying I should never grab the cup by the lid. Well the way she was holding it there was no other way. Then she handed me my food and pushed me along. Now I got to spend an hour or more cleaning my truck. She should have apologized and asked how she can make it right. Sigh

Avoid this place-- Edwin the manger is catty and rude - waited over 20 minutes for the wrong order and he advised the wait was due to 15 online orders .. lack of service

The food is great and the prices are very cheap! But I went through the drive thru and was quite literally yelled at by the person taking my order after I had asked about the happy meal toy. This employee also did not seem to understand anything I was saying, after I ordered something he kept asking for more. I later asked another employee the same question and she was much nicer about it. I would not recommend going to this mcdonald's as some of the staff can be unfriendly and do not understand what you are saying.

I stopped by this McDonald’s for breakfast after a ride in the area, and I was really impressed with the team’s friendliness, the cleanliness, and the quality of the food. Thank you to everyone here for your hard work and great attitude.

Not even deserving of a single star.

I brought my family, including two children, and purchased a Filot-O-fish sandwich. It was poorly cooked and contained only half the amount of cheese. When I approached the store representative to express my concerns, she responded in a very rude manner, not even bothering to listen, and simply stated that I could either eat it or throw it away.

I do not recommend visiting this establishment. It is best to steer clear of it.

I had an frappe ordered and Ive just asked for a small cup of water at pickup window and he replied back - next time, ask at the 1st window… wow.. he could’ve told me in a better tone, but I didn’t like how he said it…

never had this experience.. so I politely said no thanks and left with my frappe..

this restaurant doesn't update or check their orders or update Uber eats availability for menu items. I hate the food here. I like the toys. full honesty. so when I order your new limited edition meal for the collectable thing, and only for that collectable thing, I'm gonna be upset when it's not there. this restaurant either doesn't check their orders, or doesn't care to update their menu's when an item is out of stock. yeah this review is because I didn't get my dumb toy. still counts.

Absolutely unacceptable service from McDonald’s.
I placed an order through the app for my son and I, and as usual, the order was wrong. I called the store to speak with a manager, but the woman who answered barely spoke English—yet understood enough to know what I was saying. Instead of helping, she rudely refused to give her name and hung up on me. I called back multiple times—no one answered. I don’t currently have a vehicle, which is why I used McDelivery, and this is the disrespectful treatment I received? We spend a lot of money at McDonald’s. For a mean-spirited and unprofessional “manager” to treat loyal customers like this is beyond disrespectful. This level of poor service and disregard is shameful. I will be filing a formal complaint with McDonald’s Corporate and expect this issue to be addressed immediately. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated—especially from management. Date 7/13/2025 approx 1800.

This morning .
My child wanted to eat a happy meal, so I asked a staff member at the front desk if there was a happy meal. But he was very unhappy and asked me why I asked him, and his tone was not friendly.he scared my child. Can't customers ask staff if they have questions?
