Service here is always a hit or miss. I order on the app most of the time because they can never get the order when they take themselves. Tonight we ordered through the app and they still forgot to give us two of our sandwiches. It took my husband 40 mins of talking to them to get the sandwiches they forgot to give us in the first place and it was still the wrong sandwiches.

One of the worst place to order from the app and get curbside pickup. They never show up and you have to go inside and get it. What is the point of having curbside pickup? Even after you go inside, u have to wait another 5 mins to wave the people to talk to. Don’t go here.

Waste, I'm sitting here watching them put in paper bags and plastic bags everybody who is dining in, not environmentally friendly, see pictures.
I bet they don't even recycle all these plastic cups and containers.
The table tent says they'll bring the food to you but that's not true they don't you have to go get it yourself.
So McDonald's is now zero service you got to order your own food at the kiosk you going to pick up your own food at the counter and then paying outrageous cost
One kiosk is broken and out of service the one I used didn't print the receipt.

This used to be our go to McDonalds (I know that is horrible but my son loves the French fries) but ever since it reopened after the major remodel the food has been horrible. My family wanted it tonight so I went but my husband threw his double quarter pounder out because he said it tasted like a salt lick. I got a hot fudge Sundae and it was fine but you cant really screw that up. My daughter got nuggets but only ate three and didnt want anymore. The decor and building look great but I rather have an 80s style version with good food then a pretty one with food that tastes bad.

The food was great. I love their sausage biscuits and Hashbrowns. They never disappoint.
The restaurant was very warm. We went on an October day and the weather was mild.
They do have a drive thru and also customer pickup in front of the restaurant.
There is a wheel chair ramp in the front.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheel chair ramp in front and handicap parking spots.

The team is actively coping with the influx of clients. Lots of space, quite spacious and cozy inside. I liked everything.

My order was messed up and I tried calling them to let them know. They let the phone ring for a while, picked up finally, only to say "McDonald's" and then hung up instantly after. Thanks for the help whoever was working on 10/15/24 at 7:20-7:40pm!

McDonald's as a whole has never been a real place to eat for me. The food is alright, it's luck based if fries are salted or not and burgers are small and unappetizing. I don't really get the craze for McDonald's but for cheap food it's alright. I like the inside of the place though, other than the beeping. Service was good, I've never dealt with anyone messing up my orders or being flat out rude. If you enjoy McDonald's food then this place is right for you but for people like me who could care less for this type of food, just make food at home or go to Moe's.
