Feels like it will close in a week, the place is sparse inside. The beans and rice were hard/old as were the chips. Most of the tables were dirty. Half of the front door was blocked with a table. It’s a shame because the rest of the chain is generally good

Had a horrible experience with the staff fumbling over the online ordering process. Order was placed for delivery, they cancel it. We call, they don’t respond. We spam call, they finally respond and explain that they don’t speak English. We then tell them that the order was cancelled, they say that the order is ready…we explain that it’s for delivery and ask for a refund. They hang up on us

Food portions were very small. Steak was completely unseasoned and seemed to be boiled. Moe's is way too expensive for these things.

Normally, the rice is ok but today the rice was hard and felt like it was old and been out for long time. They should switch out the rice if it's been out for long. It was strange to see no customers there at peak lunch time.

Food is bland, i didn’t finish it. I couldn’t it wasn’t good at all. Staff was super nice and great. Clean place. They just need better food, I want it to be better than it is.

We placed online order through Moes, which is fulfilled by DoorDash. The door dash driver gave us someone else’s food, and ours to someone else. DoorDash was not able to replace because they are considered a 3rd party service. So we had to go into the store and Sida and Mauricia were amazing! They went above and beyond to apologize even though it wasn’t their fault, made sure to make our food for us immediately and gave great portions. We were technically out $10 between delivery, service fees, etc., after having to go and get our own food. However, they turned it around and gave us a great experience.

Love Moes, they are great, but expensive. I always get the steak burrito and love the mixture of items to add to the burrito. My wife got the burrito bowl. The food is very good, the salsa bar is good. I like the heated chips, the selection of food is good but I think all food now is expensive.
