Food is good but its getting a bit pricey and they're out of some items occasionally. The french baguette lasts a day or two. They got rid of Gouda cheese, and others don't go with the toasted sandwiches. Bring it back please.

Wanted to recognize Ethan for above a beyond customer service! I was standing in line behind an elderly couple and he was soooo patient and kind in making sure they ordered what they wanted. They did hold up the line a little but, Ethan kept his cool and carried on helping this sweet senior couple. There needs to be more kindness and love in this world!!!! Thank you for all your love and kindness Ethan!!!

South Riding service is slow. I live in the area and they continue to disappoint. Order board say order is ready but my empty cup isnt at the pickup rack and nobody is behind the counter to help. when i finally got someone they seemed annoyed and got a cup but didn’t bother to hand it to me or even place it in the pickup area. just placed it on the counter with arms reach which was 5 steps from the pickup rack. Another time, i got a large hot coffee cup but ordered a 30 oz cold bev., again annoyed worker came by a min or so later handed me the cup. Management needs to look into improving customer service. I’m not asking for 4 or 5 stars which would be generous for putting an empty cup out but come on SR Panara. Very disappointing

Real Talk

Customer service was disappointing. In the beginning, the guy who cuts the bread was actually polite and recommended me an item. But it turned out to be the wrong thing. When I told him, “This isn’t what I asked for,” he apologized but still made me pay again, saying that once something leaves the counter it has to be paid for, even though the mistake was his.

When he brought the correct food to my table, he dropped it off and said, “Here you go, this is your food,” followed by, “Nobody else is complaining except you.” His tone and comments were unnecessary and unprofessional.

Because of the way he acted, I honestly felt uncomfortable and wasn’t sure if the item was even safe to eat or drink afterward. Overall, it was a very concerning experience and not the service I expected.

Not happy with the fact that I’ve ordered here multiple times around 5-6 pm and they run out of key ingredients all the time. They run out of bread for their sandwiches and there’s no good alternatives sometimes. I’m not sure why they aren’t baking enough to last for the dinner rush.

Came here for breakfast. Decent atmosphere, not too crowded in the morning. Service was still a bit slow, but that's ok. I think these days some of us are wired to always have fast service, but a slight delay in the service allows you to relax, take a breath, and enjoy the time and company.

The breakfast sandwiches are tasty and filling. Customization allows you to put your own twist on even something as simple as an egg sandwich.

I enjoy their lunch sandwiches too but we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxed breakfast this morning.

With the lack of restaurants in this area, I'm very happy that we've had Panera here for a long time. Please come out and support your community restaurants. We need them and they need us!

I ordered cream of Chicken & wild rice soup for pick up. Unfortunately, when I got home, I got chicken noddle soup instead. I cannot return or exchange cause I’m already at home. The staff should double check the food according to the printed order receipt before putting them in the paper bag. In addition, the chicken noodle soup is too salty. I end it up throwing it.

Heads up, I was informed that Panera does not place bagels in a box anymore unless it is for catering. I ordered 3 dozen bagels to bring placed in a plastic bag.
