I ordered food through Uber Eats — chicken bites and a Golden Crunch sandwich. The food was absolutely awful and clearly not fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and was simply reheated. I literally got sick after eating just a few bites. Completely disappointing and unacceptable.

The food and atmosphere is great. However, they’re consistently late when preparing pickup orders. I have had to wait additional 10-15 minutes multiple times after arriving at estimated pickup time.

Dined in for dinner and we each ordered different flavored 1/4 dark meat chicken and a kids cheeseburger meal. My son really enjoyed his burger and the chicken came out very delicious and flavorable! Service was very good and the cashier was very attentive and helpful. Glad we found this place!

d. The food was disgusting, the service was beyond terrible, and the kitchen looked absolutely filthy. The fries were old and soggy, the corn on the con was completely raw, and when we asked to return the food, they refused. Everything was spicy — totally inappropriate when you’re dining with kids. We left hungry, angry, and disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’m a big fan of the eats, the decor, the overall vibe, and the welcoming staff here! The Nashville hot and flame-seared poultry are hands down my favorites. If you’re nearby, I highly recommend checking out this flavorful halal spot—it’s absolutely worth it!

Took double the time to get my order ready than the promised time. Everyone after me got their order before me. Had it sitting on the counter for a while and tried to give it to me cold. No apology given. Requested a refund and they said someone will give me a call the next day to refund me. No call received. Terrible customer service. Will dispute with credit card company.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Peri Peri South Riding location. The sauces on my chicken, both the hot and lemon herb, were watery and lacked flavor. The rice was stale and tasted old. To add to the disappointment, the molten lava cake dessert I ordered was served in a small takeout container without the ice cream that was advertised on the menu. When I inquired about the ice cream, I was told they don't serve it with ice cream, despite what the menu clearly states. Overall, the meal was a complete waste of money.

Placed an order from DoorDash to pick up. I ordered 10 wings and peri peri fries, a coke as that was the picture on the DoorDash app for 4$ and extra sauce as with the peri peri fries it comes with sauce. I was charged extra for the sauce thinking I’d have two but only received 1. The fries were stale and old as If they were prepared hours earlier. When handed my food I was told I could get my drink which the only option was unsweetened tea even though I picked the soda especially because that was the picture on DoorDash. When I asked where the bottled soda was the attendant said it was tea. I wouldn’t have picked to buy a 4$ drink if the only option was an unsweetened tea. The wings were just okay, nothing to write home about. The customer service was definitely lacking in that regard.
