Peri Peri Original

Took double the time to get my order ready than the promised time. Everyone after me got their order before me. Had it sitting on the counter for a while and tried to give it to me cold. No apology given. Requested a refund and they said someone will give me a call the next day to refund me. No call received. Terrible customer service. Will dispute with credit card company.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Peri Peri South Riding location. The sauces on my chicken, both the hot and lemon herb, were watery and lacked flavor. The rice was stale and tasted old. To add to the disappointment, the molten lava cake dessert I ordered was served in a small takeout container without the ice cream that was advertised on the menu. When I inquired about the ice cream, I was told they don't serve it with ice cream, despite what the menu clearly states. Overall, the meal was a complete waste of money.

Placed an order from DoorDash to pick up. I ordered 10 wings and peri peri fries, a coke as that was the picture on the DoorDash app for 4$ and extra sauce as with the peri peri fries it comes with sauce. I was charged extra for the sauce thinking I’d have two but only received 1. The fries were stale and old as If they were prepared hours earlier. When handed my food I was told I could get my drink which the only option was unsweetened tea even though I picked the soda especially because that was the picture on DoorDash. When I asked where the bottled soda was the attendant said it was tea. I wouldn’t have picked to buy a 4$ drink if the only option was an unsweetened tea. The wings were just okay, nothing to write home about. The customer service was definitely lacking in that regard.

Very bad customer service. I went there and saw ths female just standing, she never said anything abd was calling her co-worker who was busy to come attend to me.Dumb people everywhere. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Go somewhere. I finally left without ordering anything because of her appalling behavior.

This is definitely not Nando's and does not even come close. My dark meat chicken was overcooked and my passion fruit mojito tasted so bad that I threw it out after a couple of sips.

Plan to come back and eat in person, but had a takeout of the spicy butter chicken sandwich and it was just okay. I’ve had from the Fairfax location multiple times and it was amazing so hope it may be better if I eat in

Their food used to be reallllly good so good but till recently they changed their menu I thought it was just a menu change but the sauce quality the rice is gone and the meat quality has changed well I was going to do this last part I changed my review from a 2 to a 1 star because it made me really sick after wards and my bf was lettarally in the bathroom with runs right after he just texted me unfortunately im pretty nauseas, and head started hurting and i felt I would have been getting one last meal there to try again but I'm betting on it'd make me sick again sadly won't be going back ever again and I really loved this place my family loved it to my friend mentioned it to me the other day and I didn't believe her but now that the middle of my chicken sandwich is ): must and not crispy and the meat feels off I'm really sad

First time at a Peri-Peri joint and it was bussin. Nashville hot chicken and honey garlic are my favorite. The staff are super friendly and gave us a free sandwich ?. Best chicken spot in the DMV especially in Loudoun! Recommended to all. 5 stars!
