A very fun, easy and simple place to go get frozen yogurt and vibe at, the people that work there are really nice and the frozen yogurt is also what you would want! A handle full of choices like cherry balls or little Reese’s cups are there and overall is a really cool place. (Just make sure not to confuse the tart for the vanilla ?)

Highly disappointed with our recent visit to South Riding location. 3 machines were broken (there is always one of the machine broken). Some kid put his dirty hands in marshmallow toppings and ate it. The staff saw and just stood there and didn’t even bother to throw or change that toppings container. Not going back as I don’t know if it’s clean enough.

I have enjoyed Sweet Frog for over 14 years and they have never disappointed except this particular location in South Riding. Every single time we try to give them another try, same disappointment. Their machines are always broken, they are always out of original tart, their waffle cones are soggy and they always put away their topping items well before closing time. Such a shame.

During my recent visit, I had a pretty upsetting experience that I feel I need to share. Usually, I don't leave bad reviews, but this time I can't help it. I went in with my kids in the afternoon and saw one of the staff members letting some teenage boys in through the back to grab free froyo. It felt totally out of line, especially since it was all happening right in front of us, the customers!I even asked one of the teenage boys what is that girl's name, and they said it was Zeba. Come on, Sweet Frog, you can do better than this.

I like sweet frog a lot, but our last visit was disappointing. We came in at 8:10 and they close at 9. Half of the toppings were missing. Which is half the point of going to sweet frog. I understand refilling and cleaning for the end of the night but having half of the toppings missing is not acceptable.
