I found a piece of plastic in my food. Came back and showed it to Cecilia the manager, she ignored it and said the owner is not in today. Submitted to TS app and they also ignored it. Obviously this is a not good customer experience company.

The owner kelly is disrespectful the workers are lazy my smoothie was water down I had gotten a bhmam mama they wouldn't re make my smoothie after I paid 9$ for it
Horrible customer service. Specifically a girl in a blue shirt and the manager with a heart on her cheek. Was told I could not get a refund for my purchase online, when on the website it clearly says to contact the store. Calling them out specifically because I’ve had wonderful interactions at this location beforehand. These two specifically are lazy, inconsiderate, and not worthy of a job.

Food was awful too. Quesadilla had next to no chicken, the blueberry smoothie was watered down, and the mango smoothie was watered down as well. HORRIBLE WORKERS!!

Owner was so kind to my wife and I. Most importantly, we witnessed a customer drop a smoothie and answer replaced it and cleaned up the mess. I love an owner that gets their hands dirty and stays kind and positive throughout! Plus food was delicious!

Kelli and her staff work really hard to make sure you order is right! This is the 2nd year our soccer team has used them for catering for away games.
Great smoothies! Good prices and service at this location. Connor & Ben the cashiers were great. Come on down. Better than Robeks.
I’m giving this store five stars not because of the location itself—but because of what one person has built inside of it.
Cecilia has worked here for 3 years and has done a truly extraordinary job. She began as a food prep team member and, through sheer dedication, discipline, and unmatched work ethic, she rose to store manager—not by chance, but because she earned it every single day.
What makes her story even more impressive is the challenge she faces daily: Cecilia has to manage an entire team of teenagers—most of whom are working their very first job. That’s not easy for any manager, yet Cecilia has managed to build something powerful: a bond with her team, discipline in the process, and results in the numbers.
Under her leadership, the store runs with efficient processes, productive timing, and a work environment that gets things done—all of which directly translate into higher sales and smoother operations.
Beyond being a leader, Cecilia is also an internationally trained food and pastry chef, and it’s sad that sometimes this level of experience is overlooked by upper management. But her work speaks for itself.
If you’ve ever visited this store and had a good experience, there’s a high chance Cecilia had everything to do with it. Her presence alone deserves these 5 stars.

Wonderful place great food good customer service
I just wanted to give a shout out to Cecilia who always goes above and beyond to make sure that I get my reward points for my two smoothies that I ordered daily from this location.
I do hate though that the new receipts don’t give the reward points to add to our app, if corporate is reading this please change it so that the receipts will show the reward numbers so we can add to our reward balance on the app.

Just got off the phone with Kelly and she spoke over me and would not listen to my concerns/issues. There is a promotion to get a free smoothie with a meal purchase. Once I ordered my meal, the app would not accept the free smoothie. Easy fix to this is, acknowledge the fact the purchase was made and give the smoothie-clearly common customer service skills are lacking
