I got the new bowl and it's 90% mix-ins. Hardly enough yogurt/smoothie to even mix so I'm just eating granola. The staff is rude, not so much as a respondent when I greet them. I will drive a few extra mins to the Williard Rd

I don’t understand why they can’t get simple orders correctly. Why are you selling a Baja chicken wrap and not putting chicken in it? It’s not a very difficult job. I’m sick of everyone defending the food service industry when they can’t even get a simple job correctly. Put chicken, in the chicken wrap! It is really that simple. It is not rocket science. There are much more difficult jobs that people dot. Tend to mess up. Every time I order from tropical they get the order wrong. If you really can’t put the main ingredient in the wrap then I don’t know what else on this planet you can do successfully. It’s extremely pathetic and a waste of my time and money. This will be the last time I order from any tropical smoothie. The brand is deteriorating and has been infested with unqualified employees that don’t know how to put chicken in chicken wraps.

Terrible service. I left without my order because the team there this morning is clueless. This crew could not handle the spike and I overhead the girls arguing because the was clearly a mix up with orders. I’ll Never be back. No training. At least the place was clean.

I walked in at 810pm. 50 minutes prior to closing to order a smoothie. I get it, no one comes in for hours, so you get ahead on cleaning and closing up shop. Someone shows up an hour before closing and it’s frustrating cause now you have to clean again. The staff didn’t give me attitude, but the complaints in the back and the aggressive slamming with the blender lids pretty much told me that I wasn’t welcomed. I bought my smoothie and threw it in the trash on my way out. Lost my appetite. Simply won’t come if I’m not welcomed.

The owner Kelly was really nice. She called me and I explained I didn’t get me foods and drinks. She was nice and explained what happened. She said she will refund my money. It was the door dash didn’t deliver it our office.

Went today with the family for drinks. Kelly at the register had an irritated attitude, lacked customer service skills, and turned what should have been a positive customer experience into a negative event such that we will not return to this location ever again. (And probably not TSC either)

The smoothies are really good. In addition, they have great Sandwiches and Quesadillas and wraps. My seven year old is telling me to tell you to buy a cookie (she is reading over my shoulder). You get a side, and can choose fruit instead of chips, which is nice.

Customer service sucks! But what's new you can't get good customer service nearly anywhere now a days. You have like 4-5 people working and an empty store, not one person working there greeted me. Only when I stood there for a while waiting to put in my order. With 4 ppl working shouldn't at least one person just be assigned to cash register?? Especially in an empty store? If your doing online orders you have at least one person who can do that. Another person prepping and making drinks and the third person making orders too. Bad use of employees and waste of customer time.

Soooo disappointing..I went here to get my usual smoothie and noticed there were 2 lines so i went to one of them just to wait 15 minutes then to be told that there’s one line now? so i asked the young high schooler if she could just take me since i was there before anyone and her response was to go to the back of the line after i explained how long i had already been waiting in line for. These high schoolers need to be taught good service and learn how to make exceptions. In addition my brother claimed that the young girl threw the straws at him.
