Stopped by on a road trip. Hungry so I ordered the Spring omelette. Very simple but absolute perfection. The salad greens that came with it were so perfectly seasoned that I ate them like potato chips. Definitely a stop when I’m by here again.

Hit this amazing restaurant on a road trip totally at random, it may be the highlight of the trip. Great food amazing service, and the best old-fashioned and bees knees we have had in a while. The citrus cake is divine.

The food was good, but not outstanding. Worth the stop if you're close by. But I wouldn't go out of my way for it

We made reservations for Mother's Day brunch and arriving at noon for our reservation and only 1 hour after opening time, was told they were out of the chicken and waffles, one of the main brunch menu items. I could understand if the place was packed but there were a total of 5 tables inside and three outside. Parties of 5 or fewer. Service was slow, again with few tables and many servers. We also asked to sit on the patio and were told no, the patio was for reservations. We had a reservation. Only two parties on the patio when there were 6 tables open. The hosts made us feel like a bother for even asking. Took about 45 minutes to get our food The food was disappointing. The waffles that came a La carte were overcooked and dry and the salad served with my omelette was old, wilted and brown. The omelette was really inedible as it was swimming in grease and basically raw inside. Our children enjoyed their pancakes and bacon. My husband's eggs were cooked properly but the toast was cold, dry, hard and he wasn't even offered butter, not that butter on cold toast would have helped so... We were very sad as we do not eat out much as a family and this was Mother's Day. When my husband kindly explained why we were disappointed, there was no offer to accommodate anything, just an oh we're sorry. And to top it off, we had been there for an hour and a half and upon leaving, guess how many tables were still open on the patio--6. No effort. Nothing special. Very disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone.

Good was good, but not exceptional. Has a limited menu. Staff were friendly. Different feelings to front room and much larger back space. Had lots of extra fees for the check so read the menu carefully for those. There is a general service fee and a seperate credit card fee if you use a credit card in addition.

Very comfortable and excellent staff and food. You can even play some golf if you like.
My go to place for a great time

I am always hesitant to write a poor review. Let me say what was positive first. The server was a lovely young women who was very attentive and friendly. The wine we ordered was quite good. It was a Rose'. We were there past Sunday, April 6, 2025 at about 6PM. We were on our way home from a play and I spotted this place. We should have kept driving. The wine was $12 a glass. If there was two inches in the glass that would have been a stretch, so very light pour. Then I ordered the antipasto plate for two. It was $17.95. It came with the smallest serving of bread and very little on the plate. The only cheese was a serving of Brie (never associated that cheese with an antipasto). I had the Kale Caesar salad and my husband had the garden salad. The Kale salad was overly dressed to the point I could not eat it. The bill came to $76. In addition, the large banquet hall we were seated in was freezing! The room is very cavernous and has a weird vibe. People were wrapped up. I wanted to like this place but will not come back.

We are not from this area and found the restaurant using Google maps-we’re very happy that we stopped in!
We had a couple of different kinds of burgers. The patties are hand-patted and very juicy.
We also had a garden salad with ranch dressing. The dressing was flavorful and full bodied.
Next time we’re in Sperryville we will be sure to stop in and maybe play some golf!

Really like this place but the menu didn't have a lot of items that I preferred. The food was excellent but just wish they had a little more variety.

Such a great addition to the sperryville dining scene! The food is delish (lots locally sourced) and they always have great events! We’re grateful they’re here.

Always a great time here. The food is super well made (I cleaned my plate and rarely do that!) and the staff is very welcoming.

We had the brunch burger with hash browns, and the chicken and waffles! The burger was delicious, the hash browns perfectly fried, and the chicken was yummy and tender. Thank you for the kind service, and the cozy atmosphere!
