I want to start off by mentioning that my husband and I are “average” people. For anyone reading this review, I say that because I was a little nervous about how I would feel eating here. Well, I have never felt more comfortable at a restaurant in my life! The atmosphere was intimate, service excellent and the food was beyond what I can put into words! My husband immensely enjoyed hearing the “layers” & detail that was put into making each dish.

An absolutely incredible dinner experience. We have looked at 3 Blacksmiths for over a year now. Their reservation list goes well out to 3 - 4 months in advance (yes it is that good, that people are waiting that far in advance!!). You can either make those reservations or you can join their email list and receive updates in the unfortunate case someone has to cancel and their spot becomes available. Fortunately, we stumbled upon the latter and got in within a days notice.

This was one of my all time favorite dining experiences! I've been to Michelin 1, 2, and 3 star restaurants, and I'd rank this among them- and better than some! The food was imaginative, but not weird, and very flavorful. Some flavors were paired together in a way I've never experienced before.
