A beautifully crafted, welcoming experience from top to bottom. Every single course was packed with flavor and was perfectly executed. The dishes used local ingredients in creative ways. Service was friendly and top notch, and the dining space is comfortable, intimate, and well designed.
We eat here every year for my birthday and it never disappoints. The food is creative and delicious. The wine pairings are spot on. The service is attentive without being overbearing. Jake and Sara have assembled a fantastic team. This place is an absolute gem. I cannot recommend highly enough...a fabulous dining experience!
The Three Blacksmiths is my top choice for dining in the DMV area. Securing a reservation here is quite challenging; my husband and I were on the waitlist for nearly three years before finally being able to book a table. The meals were not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. The experience featured a five-course menu, all freshly prepared and decadent, showcasing unique flavors that are hard to replicate at home. The wine pairings were also thoughtfully chosen.
