When I walked in Norman made eye contact smiled and askd how my day was he actually listened Michael noticed I was looking at sauces and brought a few to try Between Normans easy chat and Michaels refill checkin it felt like more than just a burger stop it felt like seeing friends

Drive thru lady with dreads was very rude seems like she didn’t want to be there. I’d prefer someone who is willing to work other than that

It seems that the service as well as food satisfaction has gone down considerably. There are 4 different options in the same 500 feet. You'd think they'd try harder.

Food was cold ; the lady associate with the piercings was rude had an unnecessary attitude. Do not reccomend coming here

I went to Burger King today for a DoorDash order and the gentleman named Michael, who was at the register was the most wonderful and kind person. His smile was contagious and he was so kind and thoughtful with every person he encountered. You could tell and feel that he genuinely cared about making each person he helped happy! If he’s not already, he should be a manager because this isn’t just customer service for him, his interactions with each person is sincere and it shows. I would love to have Michael as one of my employees and if a spot ever opens at my company, I’m coming to find Michael to offer him a job. Keep up the great work, Michael and thank you for genuine and sincere kindness. The world needs more people like you!

To be honest the burgers and fries where prolly the best I’ve had in years and I mean years from a Burger King even the chicken sandwich was on point today only reason I have it 3 stars was the drinks they tasted bland and almost like it didn’t have enough chocolate/ soda syrup in the beverage meaning it tastes like carbonated water instead of Dr Pepper but over all everything else was great won’t stop me from going there again 👍

Best staff, 3rd shift, great food, even greater people.

My only suggestion would be to make the floor less slippery when it's wet. It was raining outside so my shoes were wet.
