Burger King

So I took my elderly sister to breakfast and we had planned on dining in the restaurant. But within minutes of ordering our food the kitchen staff started blaring super loud music, heavy metal music with cuss words. The manager was there and she did nothing about it. Upon getting our food, we took it to the car to eat and minutes later the cook went to his car , where he sits to enjoy marijuana. Very sad and what made it worse is our food was made wrong. We ate what we could and left. Never again

Love this Burger King. I stop here often. Love thier breakfast choices. This location is well managed, clean, and great friendly staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. So absolutely disgusting and unhygienic to receive a cheeseburger that had a bite taken out of it. When I took the bun off to remove the pickle as I always do, the meat patty had a bite taken out of it. Who in the world do you have working there that this is what they would do. The second patty underneath was perfectly fine so at some point, somebody bit the patty before putting it on the burger and finishing the job

What an amazing experience! The customer service was outstanding, every single employee was kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful. My kids were treated like royalty, and it truly made our day. You can tell these individuals take real pride in what they do. Honestly, people probably go to that store just to be helped by them! They absolutely deserve a raise and recognition for their exceptional service and attitude.

It was a pleasure to visit your location the other day. The team made excllent food that was hot and fresh.Fries were perfect!!! Soda tasted excellent!!! Not watered down.My burger was cooked very well!!!Michael has amazing customer service skills. You can see it in his smile he enjoys his job at Burger King. Future visits planed in the near future. Thank you all for your awesome services

I know Michael has been there over a decade but hes the pinnacle of customer service. Whoever owns this establishment should be giving him a raise. Or he should be earning atleast the price of 2 employees considering his skills. He's a staple to the community and you all should reward/promote him

Michael the “Team Lead”, can turn almost anyone’s day around with their customer service. He was patient, positive & caring for everyone he spoke to. All of the staff we spoke to were positive & cheerful as well! The world could use more people like Michael!
