Food was cold ; the lady associate with the piercings was rude had an unnecessary attitude. Do not reccomend coming here

I went to Burger King today for a DoorDash order and the gentleman named Michael, who was at the register was the most wonderful and kind person. His smile was contagious and he was so kind and thoughtful with every person he encountered. You could tell and feel that he genuinely cared about making each person he helped happy! If he’s not already, he should be a manager because this isn’t just customer service for him, his interactions with each person is sincere and it shows. I would love to have Michael as one of my employees and if a spot ever opens at my company, I’m coming to find Michael to offer him a job. Keep up the great work, Michael and thank you for genuine and sincere kindness. The world needs more people like you!

To be honest the burgers and fries where prolly the best I’ve had in years and I mean years from a Burger King even the chicken sandwich was on point today only reason I have it 3 stars was the drinks they tasted bland and almost like it didn’t have enough chocolate/ soda syrup in the beverage meaning it tastes like carbonated water instead of Dr Pepper but over all everything else was great won’t stop me from going there again 👍

My only suggestion would be to make the floor less slippery when it's wet. It was raining outside so my shoes were wet.

Just went through the drive thru and had the absolute pleasure of having Michael as my cashier. From the second he came over the intercom he had me smiling with how warm hearted he was. Absolutely went above and beyond with his customer service and this location is so lucky to have him

This Burger King location used to be amazing, but in the past year you can almost never get fresh, good quality food. We either end up taking it back or just throw it in the trash and waste our money and time. The food is absolutely garbage and it’s extremely disappointing because I do think BK has the potential to have the best fast food burgers available. I would say in our last 5 trips to this location the food has been absolutely inedible. Whether it has been their breakfast food (I always get a ham croissant and hash browns) the croissants have been hard in spots (almost stale), the ham has been overcooked and disgusting, almost no egg at all, and the hash browns cold and old. The hamburgers are almost NEVER fresh, but cold. We have to heat them up in the microwave every time. We literally just got home and not only were the buns and burgers cold (like they had been sitting there all day), but they were wrong and we had to drive back to the store. This place literally does not care about the customer or have any reverence for how much the customer has to spend in order to eat there. It brings me no joy in saying this, but I would highly recommend you not waste your money at this location. Take your money elsewhere because this place takes no pride in the quality of food they deliver to customers. They could not care less if you are actually able to eat the food the give you. It used to be the best ran and now it’s one of the worst. Go somewhere else. :0(

I just went through the drive-through order a sandwich with only cheese and ketchup on the sandwich. I am absolutely allergic to onions and what was there on my sandwich too big giant pieces of onion and just had to do a return. This could’ve definitely ended back. Please make sure you listen to the customer when they are ordering a meal. It clearly says only cheese and ketchup on the receipt. Absolutely ridiculous

I recently had a fantastic lunch experience at Burger King with my family. The cashier was incredibly polite, efficient, and helpful. The store was spotlessly clean, and the menus were easy to navigate. There were plenty of signs advertising specials and deals, making it easy to find something for everyone.
The food was delicious and served hot and fresh. The soda machine was modern and user-friendly, and we were well-supplied with napkins, condiments, and straws. Overall, our visit to Burger King was a delightful experience that left us all satisfied and happy. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick and enjoyable meal.

It was around 4:30 PM and I went through the drive-through. I was promptly greeted by the voice of a happy, detail-oriented employee. I pulled up to the window and my food was ready in under 2 minutes. It was fresh, hot, and the burger was completely customized to the way I ordered it. I will definitely be going back and I hope they give their cashier a raise. 10/10 for a Burger King!

Waited for about 15 minutes to get our food, drive thru was in no hurry at all. We ordered two medium milkshakes and were handed two very melted shakes which I asked to be redone as they were melted. After about 5 minutes they handed back two still very melted but by then I have up because we’ve already been waiting for awhile. I have a feeling they just put the original two in the walk in for a couple minutes. We also ordered two order of their fiery chicken fries, both looked like they were in the fryer for way too long, I’d like to post a picture but it looks like that option is gone. I don’t expect much from fast food places but I’d appreciate if it were at least edible.
