Don't call, lady who answered the phone was short and rude! Tried to get prices and told to simply go to Facebook cause they are to busy. What great customer service! Won't be buying from them. You think for a local business customer service would be priority.

Our food was delicious! We had Crawfish, crab dip, alligator, frog legs, banana pudding and potato salad(we had to add seasoning. But, the consistency was on point) For sure worth it. Also, the customer service was very nice.

I picked up my order of a 1/2 bushel of #1s — and after going through them, I noticed that OVER half appear to be #2s. They were MUCH smaller. Most of them were just about 5 inches, which doesn’t align with what I expected for a #1 quality order. I also got a few soft shell crabs that were flavorless and dry.

Given that I paid $200 for a half bushel of #1s, was definitely disappointed and felt cheated. I emailed the company in hopes of finding a resolution but I didn’t hear back. If they knew they needed to fill a bushel to make a sell, they should have discounted for adding in half #2.

I definitely should have read the reviews but now I know.

After going to several different places to get crabs, we finally found an authentic crab shack. They have so many different varieties of seafood to choose from. We got 2 dozen number ones that were definitely not a let down. We also got a humongous lobster tail, snow crab legs bigger than any store bought and full of meat. We had them steam them. We got a pound of steamed jumbo shrimp. Can not say enough about this place. It was totally worth the travel and our new go to for seafood. All the staff was helpful and happy to be there .
