Hardee’s

The food tasted like it had been sitting around all day. My burger was dry and cold. The fries were cold and chewy. The bathroom was a disaster. 2 stars because the staff were courteous and had good customer service.

Tried to charge me $10 for a 2 for 5 deal. If you don't know the deals you're running then find somebody that does. Employee had to be told to get off her phone to take the order. Now I gotta wait an hour for my clothes to be finished at the laundromat down the street just to drive 20 mins to the only good Hardee's in the area before I can eat breakfast.

Staff was incredibly friendly

The food was cold, the milkshake was watery. I gave this place a second chance and that was my last time. Would have took pictures but I returned the mess for a refund. Smh

I don’t even know where to begin as you can see by the pictures. It was a horrible experience for the price I paid Hardee’s food and customer service is STILL AWFUL!!
The first set of pictures are from an experience I had maybe over a year or so ago maybe longer than that and I haven’t been back since then long and behold I wanted to try it and I knew better and this is what they gave me and then when I called him back, the manager had the nerve to tell me that because it was charbroiled, it’s supposed to be dry like this. I stand firm when I say this is the worst Hardee’s in the Fredericksburg Spotsylvania area, probably in the whole state of Virginia. It needs to be closedown to do new hiring new training, new everything. It just needs a whole new makeover from the inside out!!!

Food is fine. Place looks run down and service is rude at best.

I ordered the BLT burger 🍔. The burger was very dry and hard. Also the tomatoes was rotten tomatoes very watery unbelievable. The lettuce is dead. I was traveling so i decided to grab a lunch and they gave me the shock of my life. I have to park in the 95 take all the watery and rotten tomatoes out of the burger and also take out the dead lettuce. I realize I cant eat the hard burger and the bread alone so I have to throw everything away before I sick. This is not good please kindly give your customers value for their money.

I ask for my biscuit to be cooked fresh. Some guy stated he was the only one working give him a break.
Then he stated my food was cooked fresh. To my surprise The food was old.

Everything was always good until an 11 inch black hair I pulled out of my breakfast burrito. Now I'll never eat their again. A hairnet is a bare minimum requirement and I guess someone doesn't know how to follow directions. Completely disgusting.

Love those biscuits. Pack your patience if they are busy though.

Best burger ever, but the fries sucked, as usual anymore, and the peach milkshake was kinda a let down...I was excited about it but it was kinda weird tasting. The wait was horrible in the drive thru, it was at least 20mins from the time I pulled in til I got to the window, each car took forever for them to get through. Very slow service at this location, at least that day.

Food just tastes processed IMO. I’m good on Hardee’s. Maybe a bojangles or something would be an updated change.

Food is always stale, as if its been sitting on the counter all day. Despite asking every single time for them to make the food fresh, I don't think I've ever got a fresh burger or fries in the past 10+ years coming to this place. I only come here every so often for the convenience and hunger, definitely not for the food or customer service.
