Highly disappointed with the wait time in the drive through there is absolutely no reason every single time we come here I am stuck in the drive through for over 35 minutes. “We serve breakfast until Noon” is advertised but if you show up a 11:35 you won’t make it through the line quick enough to order breakfast. The lady in front of us ordered ONE item and had to wait over 7 minutes just so she could order, as soon as we pull up we get told to wait. There is no reason we should have to come 30 minutes to an hour before breakfast is done because they take too long to take your order. This is the only place in my town with drive through service this slow and unorganized.. we love Hardee’s products but also wish that the service could be better

The food was good for fast food. Biscuits and gravy! ❤️ Service was great as usual. The restaurant was clean as usual. 😍

The manager was good. He took care of me. The cashier who took my order, not so much. There was cheese on my #3. Evidently, the woman who took my order told me it wasn't mine because it had cheese. I was the only one inside who didn't have food. It was mine per the manager.

This Hardee's can't get it right...waited 7 min in the drive thru waiting to order bc they told me they would be right with me, then another 15 at the window waiting for food, with NO cars in front of me! Service is always terrible.

I could write a love song to Hardee's Chickens Tenders. That being said, this location hasn't had ranch in literally months, which is crazy.

Stopped by on Sunday afternoon to grab a quick dinner and boy what a mistake. I just wanted a light meal so I ordered the dbl cheeseburger meal. The burger was so dry and cold, the bun was stale, the cheese hadn't even got warm enough to melt. I have had better burgers from the school cafeteria when I was in school then what I got here. The French fries were old ,cold and unsalted. They must have been left over from lunch and it was 7:30 in the evening. The only thing I could get down was the soda the rest went in the garbage.
The staff had the personality of a rock as well. I learned my lesson I wont be stopping by there anymore.

Ordered my food in Drive thru,had to drive around front to wait for it. Waited about 15 to min for food. Lady came out brought me the wrong order and asked what I ordered, to her the order and waited 10 more minutes and still nothing .
Went inside asked for order and said they were working on it. I asked for a refund and got attitude from the so called manager on duty. Never got an I'm sorry or apology for anything. Will never ,ever go back to that location again
