Awesome wines! If you love rich and bold flavor in your wines, then Mattaponi has what you're looking for! I was very impressed with all of the ones I sampled. I bought a bottle of each of the 8 we liked the best. We hope to buy more later!

We visited this winery with the family and kids. We wiil definitely visit again. We were satisfied with the sangria's unique flavors and the friendly staff. You need to try the blue hawaian one!

If you are a lover of sweet wines, this is the place for you. I could not pick a favorite because they all had their own character. We did the wine tastings with wine tails. In short, you try everything on the menu.

Was able to get my hands on a Blue Hawaiian sangria bottle— should have bought more than one, at the Virginia Beach Wine Festival. I volunteered for the event and you were my favorite of all tastings. Booth staff were the best!! Sangria is delicious…. now gone ?

This is a great little winery to visit!They specialize in making wine from fruit.If you’re nearby it is definitely worth detouring and enjoying a wonderful day!

What a wonderful place. My wife and I went in today we met the owner had a couple glasses of wine and it was just fantastic. Absolutely recommend it.

If you enjoy wine, stay away from this “winery” — I stopped for a tasting and found each sample worse than the next. Stop at nearby Lake Anna Winery and don’t waste your time here.
