Something is usually missing or wrong out of the order no big deal as I get fast food is a fast paced environment and mistakes can be made but they always act weird when I’ve circled back or went inside asking for what I ordered they act like I’m in the wrong or lying about a 3 dollar sandwich.

Love this McDonald's the people are very friendly and when you order extra they give you what you pay for extra

Last night I went out for some delicious lemonades, but at that moment they didn’t have any available. They offered me other drink options, and I explained to the guy at the drive-thru window that the only reason I came at 10:00 PM was because I was really craving a lemonade. The guy was very kind and said he would talk to the manager to see how they could fix the situation. She was also very kind and told him to please ask me to wait in the parking lot, that she would prepare the lemonade right then and they would bring it to my car. In less than 5 minutes, the super friendly guy brought me the three lemonades, and they even gave me a dessert as a courtesy. Every time I go, they are very quick and friendly. Thank you so much — you all are amazing!

They forget my chicken nuggets every time.

They got my order wrong and said it was right, then showed the receipt they snatched it out of my hand cussed me out under there breath throwing the food.

Whoever was working pickup window or who bagged food and prepared my drink at around
11:30 today Friday Aug 22 really needs to cut way back on the perfume/fragrancde they are using .
The residue on my bag /drink cup water too much did not enjoy my meal and this is not the first time!

Honestly I do not like writing bad reviews at all, but unfortunately I have to today. My carry out was changed to a number, and I had to go through either the drive-thru or the front counter. I told the woman at the drive-thru and she told me to pull up to the window. When I went to explain everything, she cut me off and then told me to go inside. I was trying to explain that the app was telling me to check it in via drive thru, but she shut the window on my before I could answer. I was really shocked because I’m not someone who raises my voice or argues. The woman was an older woman wearing gloves with longer hair. I’m grateful for the manager at the front who sorted out my meal and saw it was already made because it was already checked in. I wish that the lady in the drive thru had the same patience.

The paper straws make my drinks foamy. Please change them. Wither go regular plastic or good paper straws that have a smooth feel. If they feel porous.. they aint good
