Papa Johns Pizza

We did not have a good experience with this location. The delivery driver we had today was very rude. Didn’t even speak to us and when we spoke back al he did was give us a hand gesture as he continued to walk off. It’s like he was mad that he had to come here. And to make it worse, the food was not good. Pizza toppings were sliding all over the place.

Delivery driver doesn’t know how to follow directions. Last night I ordered and I asked for a no contact delivery and for them to leave it at the door without knocking or ringing the doorbell because my baby was asleep. The young girl driver rung the doorbell anyway waking up my baby. (This was around 10-11pm). The young girl had terrible attitude. She knew not to knock or ring the doorbell but continued to do it anyway. Not gonna order from here if this is how your employees are.

Next time a doordash driver asks for a pizza bag to insulate your crappy pizzas, hand it over without the attitude.

I’d give 5 on the food but I paid 8$ for very VERY STALE BROWNIES The service was great.The guys were on point on time and attentive. The New York pizza was awesome! But the disappointment over the brownies is still with me today?

I believe they have switched to a bottled tomato base sauce instead of their usual signature sauce that I had 2 years ago and that made all the difference to the pizza by lifting the flavor to a whole new level. This sauce was more on the sweeter side, I didn’t like it very much. I ordered a 16” Garden Vegetable pizza that includes complementary garlic oil, banana peppers. One can also ask for condiments like red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese and spice mix sachets.

The pizza at Walmart is better and it's not even close. This is the worst pizza restaurant I've ever been to. The pizzas have almost no sauce on them, barely any cheese and the box has more flavored than the crust. I'm glad I didn't order thin crust because there wouldn't have been any crust. 50 bucks in the trash, dog food is more preferable.

Girlfriend picks up order and was called a cheap skate for not giving a tip. How is it that an employee would comment that way., to a customer.

Second time order delivered not as ordered. I reviewed my order and the toppings that I requested were on half of the pizza. Wasn’t ordered that way so why was that sent that way? Looks like I am giving my $60.00 a week to Dominoes from now on!

I spend my nights after 10:30 tipsy or drunk. These guys and gals get pizza ready everytime I order at 10:50 or 10:55, or sometimes 10:58 [Yeah I am one of those guys, I have ptsd and i HUNGER FOR PIZZA SOMETIMES. ]They always make the food, regardless of what I order, top not h and always tastes like the 5 star pizza I always want it to be. No other place makes it like these guys and gals do.Any other Papa John's I go to sucks. They always either forget something or the pizza is burnt or too dough-y.5 stars for this papa johns. And I wrote this sober. <3 this is the kind of restruant if I won the Lottery, I'd be visiting st 10:50PM <3

Parking: I had to order over the phone because of my situation. The woman I spoke to was SUPER patient and friendly, despite it being a Friday evening! Parking is a little weird, I parked to the left side of the strip mall, where they have additional parking. (Pretend you are driving behind the strip mall and you will see additional parking on the left.) Love Papa Johns!
