I believe they have switched to a bottled tomato base sauce instead of their usual signature sauce that I had 2 years ago and that made all the difference to the pizza by lifting the flavor to a whole new level. This sauce was more on the sweeter side, I didn’t like it very much. I ordered a 16” Garden Vegetable pizza that includes complementary garlic oil, banana peppers. One can also ask for condiments like red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese and spice mix sachets.

The pizza at Walmart is better and it's not even close. This is the worst pizza restaurant I've ever been to. The pizzas have almost no sauce on them, barely any cheese and the box has more flavored than the crust. I'm glad I didn't order thin crust because there wouldn't have been any crust. 50 bucks in the trash, dog food is more preferable.

Second time order delivered not as ordered. I reviewed my order and the toppings that I requested were on half of the pizza. Wasn’t ordered that way so why was that sent that way? Looks like I am giving my $60.00 a week to Dominoes from now on!

I spend my nights after 10:30 tipsy or drunk. These guys and gals get pizza ready everytime I order at 10:50 or 10:55, or sometimes 10:58 [Yeah I am one of those guys, I have ptsd and i HUNGER FOR PIZZA SOMETIMES. ]They always make the food, regardless of what I order, top not h and always tastes like the 5 star pizza I always want it to be. No other place makes it like these guys and gals do.Any other Papa John's I go to sucks. They always either forget something or the pizza is burnt or too dough-y.5 stars for this papa johns. And I wrote this sober. <3 this is the kind of restruant if I won the Lottery, I'd be visiting st 10:50PM <3

0 Stars if i could, lmao !! Kayla the manager , has POOR customer service and would rather let her racist unprofessionalism rue over correcting THEIR mistake . I ordered one pizza that 1 hour later was still not delivered . Instead of remaking the pizza, I was told that I would have to repurchase!!! No refund, No remake just told to repurchase after i didn't receive my order. Unbelievable. After I passed the phone to my father to try and reiterate because apparently i wasn't heard correctly , Kayla , a manager mind you , hangs up . We try to recall and no answer so we drove to the location where we had police waiting. I am 5 months pregnant, with a child who was waiting for this ONE pizza. Instead of FIXING ONE PIZZA, Kayla would rather be petty and racist and call the police!! This store is racist, dirty, and unprofessional. Do not order from here!!!

In mid-April 2023, we tried a Papa John's Pizza - for the first time ever! This outlet is very good! The pizza was tasty and hot! In the box, we also got a container of garlic sauce, which is delicious on the pizza slices. We recommend this location!
Not ordering here again! Had Papa Johns delivery. Ordered a Large Pizza, breadsticks and 3 drinks! The pizza was still raw and the top was barely cooked and he forgot to bring the drinks. The drinks were the first item on the sticker too! The driver said he would go to the store, get them and bring them back. We are less than 1.5 miles away.After an hour, called the store and was placed on hold 8different times to see what was going on with it. Nothing happened and I stopped trying. I had a time sensitive project I was working on and wouldn’t go to the store physically to complain.Well the day after.. Went to the store and was told if I had any proof other than my calls on my phone to the store. After a few minutes of listening to their lack of integrity of not “recalling”.I deleted the Papa Johns app and will no longer order from them. Should of stuck with Paisanos!

I butchered my own pizza tonight ?♀️ I thought they made a mistake and put buffalo sauce instead of pizza sauce on my veggie -black olives +pineapple which I can only describe as.. truly awful with buffalo sauce. Turns out, I inadvertently changed the sauce ordering online? I have no idea how but it happened. Also had meant to order stuffed crust which I managed to mess up too. The guy up front was kind enough to replace it, despite it being my fault. Bonus..it was the perfect pizza when they remade it. Thank you guys so much for that! It had been a bad day and no dinner and 10 pm and im starving. They made my day!. I'm grateful they did that despite it being my fault. This is why I love Papa Johns! Not only the best pizza, but the best people! Thank you guys again!!!

1/3/2023. This is my first time visiting this store. When I walked in I was promptly greeted. I ordered a carry out pizza and breadsticks. I waited outside in my car for about 20 minutes and came back in and my order was completed. They cooked it extra as I had asked but it wasn’t burnt. Staff was friendly and I am happy with my Papa Johns purchase!
