Absolutely amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and amazing staff💕 would recommend this place to everyone who loves great food and a great time!
Just did carryout tonight. steamer combo #2 and captains platter. Good size portions for the money, cooked well. Even the add on salad was worth it compared to other places. Highly recommend!
My husband and I have been there many times. Their food is amazing. The crabs cakes melt in your mouth not to mention the scallops are the best I have ever had. I am looking forward to trying the crabs. We definitely recommend peanuts steak & Seafood restaurant to any and everyone. It’s a must try you will come back.
I have been doing work in the area and came across this gem. Their soft shell crab is incredible and the best in the area. Super friendly staff and breakfast is amazing as well. Check them out!

Great family owned and operated, local place for a meal. They also have a selection of alcohol and seafood to-go, and sell local products. Service is quick and friendly, and the food was great - they even have scrapple! The portions were generous and the flavors were like home. The value is good too.
The reviews aren’t clear, but they are open for breakfast on weekends.

Stumbled across this while hunting for the Indian Acres campground (right across the street)! Diner meets Seafood Market, and it was a diamond in the rough! Hands down one of the best steak and cheese sandwiches I've had in a while, and the freshly steamed crab smelled amazing! It was an open atmosphere and very clean, while also having the convenience of grab and go drinks and seafood options. The staff were friendly and down to earth, and they were extremely kid friendly. I'll definitely be popping in there again!

I had the best crabcake sandwich there today. It reminded me of home. A Maryland crabcake right here in Partlow!

I ordered a dozen of #1's crabs to go. When I got home I was so disappointed in the size of the crabs. They were extremely small. Not #1's.. The next day I went to eat the leftovers out of my fridge and all the meat was mushy. I had to through them in the trash. Ask questions before ordering crabs as I'm from Maryland. Maybe Virginia has different sizes crab wise. On a good note, my husband ordered the oyster basket and he said it was delicious!!! Everyonevin there was extremely friendly. There is no A/C in the restaurant.

My wife and I were finished with our Sunday errands and looming for a place to have lunch. We decided to drive 20 minutes out of our way to a place called Peanut's Steak and Seafood in Spotsylvania Courthouse. From the outside it's a very unassuming place. However when we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly server. We sat at one of the relatively few tables they had. I think Peanut's might be more of a carry out place. They obviously specialized in crabs. On the wall was the Super Bowl specials, which included crabs, crawfish, frogs legs, alligator nuggets. They also had beer in the cold case to go, along with sodas.Anyway, we sat and ordered drinks. My wife wanted unsweetened ice tea, however they only had sweet tea. She had that, and reported that it wasn't overly sweet so it was fine. I had a Dr. Pepper, which came bottled. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer. They were very good, nicely breaded and hot.My wife ordered two soft shell crabs, one made into a sandwich. She loves soft shell crabs, and said that these were quite good sized and very good. I had a Ribeye Steak Sandwich, medium, with baked beans. The steak was decent, and it may have been medium rare instead of medium. However to me over-cooking is the greater sin so it was fine.We enjoyed Peanut's, and if we're in the area again, we would certainly come back.
