The staff is friendly and the food is very good. The noodles are made fresh every day. It is a local business that has been here a long time. They do not open till 4 pm now because they are short help, which is the reason a help wanted sign is on the front door.

We've been several places over the years and tried their versions of fettuccine carbonara and never compared to what you get at scafas. Never had it with the mushrooms because I don't like mushrooms. But this dish is well made and tasted just like it did over 5 years ago. My wife had the seafood Alfredo which was also very nice.

OMG … what happened to Scafa’s prices?? I know everything has gone up but this place is not a $25 entree restaurant. One of the draws was that it was always reasonable. For these prices (and less) I can go to Renatos and eat at a table with cloth napkins and exceptional service. Sorry, you’ve lost this long time customer.

Being new to the area, my family and I are looking for a good pizzeria. This is not it. We asked for thick crust and the pizza was thinner than Costco's (the pizza at Costco is great, but the distance was too far tonight). It was also soggy, they were stingy on the ingredients and the sauce was way to sweet. I asked if they had parm cheese and pepper flakes, but they said they don't have any to go, but I could spread it on my pizza before I left. I will definitely NOT recommend this place as the food sucks and is way over priced.

We went here for dinner as a family and I ordered the Turkey sub. I got the plate and took 2 bites and realized there was a hair in my sub!!! I quietly advised the waiter and he got me a new sub(which I had to take home to eat, due to my young kids already finishing their food). I asked to speak with the manager as we were leaving(and yes, we paid for all of our food… Including the sub), just to say how disappointing the whole situation was. When I advised the manager/owner of what had happened, he literally said, “We are all human, the hair could have just came from the produce we buy from somewhere else”. I let him know that I have been a restaurant manager and it’s definitely NOT ok to let a plate leave the kitchen with hair on it… He did NOT apologize or anything! He literally just kept saying, “We are all humans, we don’t know where that hair came from”… come on man!!! How unprofessional is that, not to mention completely DISGUSTING!!!!?

We always like scaffas & food is very good. This time I got an ordjer of mushroom sauce spaghetti for my daughter. She said she ran out of sauce & couldn't finish the spaghetti. May need to ask for more sauce.
