Subway in Spotsylvania Courthouse

“I have been a regular at this location for many years now. I live about 3 min away from here. Their food and service is always great here. They will toast the sub extra if you prefer it like myself. All the employees have been pleasant to deal with over the past six years I have lived here. I normally do not write reviews, but I saw this Subway had two negative & completely unfair reviews recently! The owners of another business in this shopping center (which I won't name because I am a customer of theirs as well) wrote this Subway two different 1-Star reviews. I have been to this Subway many times as soon as they open as it works best at that time for my schedule. The owner of their neighboring business will also wait outside this Subway, until the owner of this Subway opened the doors at 10am to fill up her cup of ice. I have seen this between 3-5 times myself, with my own two eyes!!! Never did she buy anything, just waits until 10am sharp to come and get her free ice for the day. I think that is unfair and taking advantage of someone. Per their reviews, the owner of this Subway finally said something. Once the owner decided to stand up for himself, the owners of the neighboring business decided to write two 1-Star reviews. I am not okay with this and this is not something that will be accepted in our Thornburg area!!! We will not allow others to move into our area and bully us!! I will speak to the two owners of the business that left their unnecessary reviews and let them know exactly how I feel about what they did.“

“This is the best Subway location I’ve ever been to. Also, they are the most consistent. The staff are always friendly, the bread is always fresh and the cookies are perfectly cooked. It doesn’t seem to matter which day or time that you visit, the experience is always the same. Other locations should visit and model theirs after this location. Thank you to the staff for keeping it so clean, friendly and fresh!“
