Had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was accommodating. We had a group of 8 with kids and they were flexible and understanding with all our requests.

Vegetarian options: The bean and cheese papusa was great. Came with a red sauce and cabbage that was superb!

Had a fabulous meal here after hiking. We got pupusas, yuca fries, and guacamole, all of which were excellent. The people were very kind and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend if you’re driving by after visiting Shenandoah or staying nearby!

Pupuseria Los robles is a small nice cozy restaurant right along side of the road ?
The food was pretty flavorful and staff was also nice . But there were some things we did not like however . I was not aware we needed to go to the front counter and actually order our food there i was expecting a waiter/waitress to do that. Also service was quite slow :/ we waited around 20 minutes for our meals.

Awesome place in downtown Stanardsville. So happy we have this local place - they never disappoint. Family run, authentic & fresh food, great staff & service! Go get some pupusas!

Also, I could eat the slaw they serve with the pupusas by the gallon. It's that good. Plantains are also awesome.

Sweet place with good, authentic tasting food. Everything tasted home made. I only added 4-stars for the food because the chips tasted a little acrid, like the oil in the fryer needed to be changed. And I would have liked more greens with the tacos and pupusas. But the flavor of the chicken was great, as was the guac, the little bit of cabbage slaw, and the sauces. Family owned. Nice staff. Beautiful, historic building. Outdoor seating option.
Definitely would recommend.

Very tasty lunch, everything was fresh though not busy at mid-day. Great service, and located in such a beautiful old historical building in the middle of town. Will visit again.

Brought home a stack of these, plus chips and guac dip. Tremendous! So tender and tasty. Can’t wait for the next round!

Such a great spot! In a town with few dining options, Los Robles makes up for it. The service is always amazing and so is the food. They have delicious specials and their burritos and pupusas are always delicious.
