I had contacted this bakery and spoke with the owner and stated I wanted a 3 layer coconut pineapple home made cake (from scratch). I stated exactly what I wanted and I feel I did not get that. The cake was pretty and a perfect size, but everyone that' ate a slice said this is not home made. Also, We couldn't find any coconut between the layers and only a small amount of pineapple. Sandy did my wedding cake this past September. Super easy to work with, gave an idea of what I was looking for and she created this beauty… tasted amazing and looked even better! Will definitely use her for future events.
