Suffers badly from a single drive-thru window. Orders can take many minutes to prepare, and this means lengthy waits for other drivers in line. My experience has been 5-10 minute waits (and longer) if there are one or more cars ahead of mine. Each drive-thru customer is expected to wait for their meal to be prepared while waiting at the window, instead of being directed to a parking space, allowing other customers to be served. Today a driver ahead of me apparently had been waiting in line so long he cut out and left without picking up his order.

I don't have Arby's near me and has higher expectations than this. Only 2 dishes had lettuce and tomato and only one had roast beef. It was a pocket. Not bad but not delicious as

5 pm on a Saturday. Inside of restaurant is dirty. Floors are sticky. Napkins everywhere. All seats dirty. Took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Then they give move cold old fries. Where is the quality control? Where is the service.

The last two times I went to Arby’s there was a bunch of tea scum floating in the tea I mean a lot soon as you take off the lid you can see it floating everywhere there is know way you can fill a cup up and not notice it and I got a roast beef sandwich with dipping sauce when I took the lid off the liquid was so clear you could see the bottom of the cup after I got done eating about a hour later I was sick to my stomach I did not drink the tea they put tape across the lid which is to keep the lid from coming off I get that but it is the first time I ever seen them do that so I didn’t check the tea the second time I never had a problem with anybody at Arby’s but very obvious that it was done on purpose

Even in the middle of the day and with very few customers we came through the drive through and they still made sure the fries were hot. Honestly, it's the little things that make me come back to businesses. Where you have some restaurants with folks who don't care, they're just there for a paycheck. No pride in doing any job they do. Well, this crew absolutely gets it. Great job.
