Abysmal. Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Everything was old. We were the only one in the place and it took 30mins to get our crappy food. Orders were wrong. I had asked for extra cheddar on my sandwich and after going back up to the counter, they squeezed the last little bit from the bag into a cup and handed it to me barely filled. It all sucked. I refused to eat my meal as I was so disgusted.

The lady working the drive through is so rude and aggressive. I know it’s not a Chick-fil-A but throw a please or thank you in every now and again sheesh. She makes me not want to come here I’ve experienced her a few times. Ugh if she’s rude one more time I’m done. Who wants attitude while trying to order dinner. Even McDonald’s and 711 have better customer service. It’s gross

Just wanted to say this restaurant establishment is more than a 5 Star Pl. to eat the gentleman there by the name of Elvis so polite so helpful so respectful. This is the only fast food establishment that I eat at due to the food is quality and healthy. You don’t run across individuals like Mr. Elvis every day that loves his job and loves customers and is very respectful. thank you Elvis and thank you Arby’s

We have the worst Arbys in Stephens City! They use old buns way too often. They turn off online ordering all the time and refuse to give you the online deal in store when they turned off the online ordering. Horribly managed location… any other location is better than this one!

We order a sandwich and curl fries and an order of chicken tenders with curl.fries after a 10min wait I asked about food so they gave me my wife's sandwich and fries and then Informed me it would be 5 more min on mine because no dropped the tenders and that would have been OK if they were busy but there was only 2 other people in there eating and no one at drive thru. Cashier was trying but the ones in back acted like they could care less. This Arbys use to be a good one but it has gone down hill the last year and it is sorry to see that
