Who cleans the blenders almost an hour before they close? So you only offer half your menu for tge last hour... thats dumb.

I had to give at least 1 star but I wish I could have given this Baskin Robbins a big fat zero. Everytime I go there they are out of something whether it be hot chocolate, whip cream, cherries etc. Some of the staff is great but some act like they don't have enough strength to scoop out the ice cream. When that happens your not given your proper amount to be scooped resulting in a smaller scoop. Today I went there and the young man wasn't even wearing gloves while scooping ice cream. I had to ask " aren't you suppose to be wearing gloves" smh. I won't even repeat his answer. I could go to another Baskin Robbins but this one is in my neighborhood I guess that's why I continue to go there. What a disappointment ?.

Ordered DIY Sundae Kit through Uber Eats and was missing 4 major items in my order. Contacted the store and apparently one of the employees didn’t know how to make that order. The employee I spiked to was very rude and kept saying he didn’t know what to do. I paid $40 for an order that was worth $20 at most for what I received.

My husband was acting strange again then he left me so I decided to leave then I found physics Ojo online and I explain everything to him he told me to send his picture and full name then I did and he told me I should hold on that he will be back, then he came and said that my husband loves me but there is a woman who is trying to separate our relationship that is why he cast a love charm on my husband but now we are living happily together now ? and once again All thanks to physics Ojo , if you are also in a situation I advise you to dm his page ? ??

This location was totally normal and had every single flavor in stock. I counted 24 flavors which is the max capacity of the coolers, plus a fridge loaded with ice cream cakes and pints. Friendly staff. There are staff shortages everywhere right now, so yeah just be patient. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. But this location compares to all the other Dunkin/Baskin Robbins combo locations I've ever been to.

Why even have this store open . Go to get a ice-cream sundae and they tell me they only have a couple flavors. Not even your typical chocolate, vanilla strawberry even. Then if you get a coffee it taste as if it was leftover from the day before. Will NEVER go back to this location again. Management needs to step up

This is the worst Baskin-Robbins (Stephens City, VA)! They are a huge let down constantly as they never have any items in stock: no ice cream, no toppings, no cones! NOTHING! I’ve been going in there @ once a week for the past few weeks and they never have items in stock. I went in there last week and literally there was no ice cream not even one flavor. It’s HORRIBLE!!

I agree with other reviews. I have lived in Stephens City now for 2 years. We love Baskin Robbins. This location is almost always out of stock. Took my Daughter yesterday for our yearly icee cream after the first day of school. What a let down. No vanilla no choclate not even any good alternatives. Lucky to have had 6 to choose from. So much for 31 flavors. Not sure why they don't stock this store. I would hate to see it close but they don't have much to offer open.

If you want ice cream, don't go to Baskin Robbins ice cream in Stephens City. They have not had chocolate or vanilla ice cream for over a month. They have no smoothie mix either. I think they should just close up shop.
This location is consistently out of anything people order do not pick up any orders from these locations you will go there and then have to spend 20 minutes re-ordering everything for your customer they don’t know how to stay in stock and they’re always out of everything good luck getting an iced coffee or a frozen coffee to their machines are always down

Sugar cones were a bit stale and soggy. The ice cream was great. Get it in a cup and you're good to go.
