Shout out to the young kid kicking tail up front with a short staff, mobile orders everywhere, and a restaurant of people. I have been on the other side of the bar and know how stressful it can be, but he stayed calm and was so kind. Good job kid and the rest of the staff

This is the absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been to, and sadly I've been here way more times than necessary. Not a single time have they been even remotely close to fast and efficient. It's a drive-thru, and takes MINIMUM 15 minutes just waiting in line. The coffee usually isn't made correctly, hash browns aren't warmed up all the way.
It's a total nightmare. At this point I will go out of my way to visit literally any other Dunkin.

I will be giving a 1 star this review for the first time because of my bad experience here.
Their self ordering isn’t working, they are way too understaffed. Workers are stressed out and pissed off. If you know that Saturday mornings are your busiest, then why not plan ahead for it ???
my food came out okay but my drinks weren’t. I ordered for HOT latter and Macchiato not Iced. I am not telling them to fix that because I ain’t waiting another 30mins to get served.
I timed myself from when I ordered it was 9:27am I didn’t get my order till 9:50am
I understand it gets busy, but please plan ahead for this. Have a Cashier taking orders, a person making drinks, a person making food, a person taking drive thru and that person can help make drinks too, and a person maintaining the area that can also make drinks.

I really like this place, but this is the second time they've been giving me the wrong food. When I went to return the wrong food so they could give me the correct one, they still made the food very poorly. They didn't even want to melt the cheese. And the worst thing of all is that when I placed my order I said it slowly because it had already happened to me before and with the same person.

I just had an excellent customer service experience with a young woman working there. Black hair, clear glasses. She was working so hard managing the place by herself and was right on top of everything!

I frequent this l dunkin and they are extremely slow in the mornings. You can sit in line anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes easily.

The lady working the window today was so nice! The coffee today was brewed great and I know she was extremely busy. I just wanted to make sure this was passed along because I could tell she was treating everyone customer as her priority despite the long line. Much appreciated.
