I was so disappointed in the 2 piece chicken box I got. The breat was raw in the middle and the breading was all soggy and gross. The mashed potatoes were good but very disappointed. I will not be eating in there anymore.

Stopped here at 9:30ish. Lady said they don't fry anymore chicken. What they had was recently fried at 8:00. How do you stay open til 11:00, 4 people on duty working and the chicken you fried at 8:00 will be served until 11:00 pm?.I guess no chicken for me tonight.

Tried this place one too many times because there isn't much to choose from without driving out of the way. They either send you off with dried overcooked food or forget half your order. Don't waste your time or money here. Go out of your way to a more reliable place.

My Dad and I came here for lunch, I got Taco Bell and Dad got KFC. We were both pleased with our meals. Easy accessibility, friendly staff and clean restrooms. This restaurant is right off of I-81.

Customer service was poor, the sign looked like it read 8 piece with 2 sides for 20. But when I got my total it was over $30. I asked and he was short and said 20 is just chicken. The food was a sad disappointment. The biscuits were old and hard. The chicken tasted as it had been sitting over the alloted time allowed.

This is the best KFC I think I've ever eaten at. I use to like the Front Royal location but they seem to be going downhill. We went here 2 weekend's in a month and both times the food was hot and good. The employees were very nice and the place was clean.

Chicken smelled like they were hanging out at a farm with the pigs eating slot .. yuk …chicken was not cooked properly either… waste of a family dinner.

I bought a 12 piece chicken nugget. It was cold and just chunks of breading. Maybe had 3 pieces of nuggets. This isn’t the first time this has happen. I called and no one answered the phone. I called 16 times. Sheetz’s is down the street. There’s Arbys, McDonalds, Sal and Juno’s. I can find a different place to eat. This place is going down the tubes. Do better!!!

Our family stayed in a hotel and we went to get food we ordered a bucket of chicken and sides and biscuits. The chicken looked like it was good but I didn’t eat because we got biscuits and they are hard as a rock and they no butter, no honey and cold sides. I was looking forward to a good meal with my family not today….
