Little Caesars Pizza

Went here 11/09/2024 to pick up my mobile order. Took my order home and found it SEVERELY undercooked, the cheese wasn't even cooked all the way through and had a weird consistency.

As someone who used to work here it saddens me that this place has gone downhill. The only good thing about my order was the cookie which they gave me the wrong one (the cookie is prepackaged and delivered elsewhere)

Safe to say we're staying far away from this place.

The order was done via The APP, but when picking up at the counter clerk was confused about the order. The food was good and consistent. Crazy Puffs were great and big hit. The atmoshere??? Their are a couple chairs for waiting. Store was clean

Never answer the phone for starters. Never have what they advertise, hot and ready 🤣. You wait 30 to 40 minutes because they don't have anything ready. Every time! It's the not answering the phone for me.

I like little ceasers very much, my son works there, but the supervisors there are lazy, i have walked in with a line stretching out of the door, and there would be 1 worker trying to prepare food, while the supervisors on different occasions do nothing, which is why i suggested to them to hire my son who is in need of a job, my son has high functioning autism formerly know as "aspergers" since he has been working the customer service has improved,but from the looks of it the work atmosphere for my son is a little hostile, as one supervisor made fun of him for his condition, i there by went to little ceaser to confirm this to be true, the supervisor denied allegations, why other workers have confirmed it, little ceasers in my opinion besides that is a good place to eat, also very clean, i will say that, customer service is good to but you need to deal with the actual employees for this experience, there is 1 supervisor that does go above and beyond and ",try" he goes by the name freddy. The other supervisors are hostile towards certain employees and are lazy. These said supervisors that "did" get hostile and make fun of my son for his autism do "NOT" do it anymore after my appearance. All in all i do like little ceasers. But cannot give a 5 star rating as little ceasers needs to clean house with most the supervisors that work there. When you do go ask for "freddy".

Stood at the front for 20 minutes today before anyone even acknowledged I was there. The guy who wears his sunglasses came out 3 different times and didn’t even say anything and ran back to the back. If they were busy they should have at least said “We are busy, sorry, etc.” instead of just ignoring everyone! This place is like this every single time we have came here. The woman employee is rude and always on her phone every time we come here. Their slogan is “hot and ready pizza” but it’s always “cold and unavailable” at this store it seems like! They never have what we want, or it’s been sitting in the heat lamps for the whole day. They really need to get this store under control, it’s one of the worst staffed and managed stores around.

Asked for half cheese, half peporoni with light sauce and got a burnt pizza with pepperoni over the whole thing and drowning in sauce. The staff was cursing, very rude to myself and others that walked in, and was complaining about some other staff that went on break 45 minutes prior that hadn't returned.

We went on 5/31/24 for a hot and ready and Italian Cheese bread. The guy literally said it was old and when asked about making fresh, he said it's doubtful because everyone keeps calling in.
How is that our fault?
Needless to say, the food was cold, hard and gross. But when it's the only cheap option...
We've never had a bad experience here before so I'll say we will return but I'll definitely be checking the food before we leave.

Always quick with good pizza. The employees are always friendly and Im normally in and out within 5-10 minutes

Order a classic , Slices-N-Stix and got uncooked PIZZA and when i tried calling it in they also didn't anwser there calls NEVER AGAIN!
