1 star, and I have came here since I was a kid. The remodel has made this place worse. Some workers are hard to understand, Orders arent complete, always and I DO MEAN ALWAYS out of something. Workers have never been rude or a problem, just unorganized and not properly checking contents of the bags before handing it over.

As many others have said, the store received a fresh new look but was still able to maintain the horrible service, well done!
We ordered breakfast via the app for inside pickup. After receiving the order I counted the sandwiches which matched the order and thought I was good to go. That was a mistake.
Arrived home 5 minutes later and one of the sandwiches was wrong, as in completely wrong sandwich. Returned to the store to be met with award worthy apathy. The first person tried to say I didn’t order there, showed my app info to prove it. The next person was unable to help. Finally someone gave me the correct sandwich. When I asked for a refund I was told I’d have to return the food. Dear lord why do I give this place business?!? I promise it ends today.

I tried the drive-thru the last couple mornings, and yesterday they were closed, even though it says they're open 24/7. Then this morning, I saw someone inside, but when I went to order, no one even answered, even though they were open.

Honestly this McDonald’s just keeps getting worse and worse. I try to avoid going in person because they are seriously lacking good customer service (and the horrendous amount of flies). Today I doordashed McDonald’s because it was convenient since I have the flu. I was missing my ranch and I ordered a large meal and they gave me a medium meal. How do you mess up such a small order??? They need to either fire their whole staff and start over it give proper training, obviously they are lacking somewhere. Also they didn’t even try to seal my bag as they are supposed to, the stickers were there but it wasn’t closed, it was clear they had not sealed the bag because the stickers were in perfect shape.

Food is good, but not open 24 hours, I go there or atleast try to before work wanting a burrito. They be closed. Makes me cry

Dirty dining area, poor service. Food was cold. 25 minute wait for food. Failed to provide condiments nor spoon for McFlurry. Another 10 minutes to get manager to provide missing items.

Well place look great service is for shit got take out last week got home wrong order in my bag!!! Then breakfast this morning and had to wait staff needs MORE TRAINING!!
Came last night and was disappointed with a 10 minute wait at the last window for part of our meal to be made at drivethru. Went inside to try and ask someone about the delay and could not get anyone at the counter despite being able to see people chatting around the corner.
Tried again this morning for breakfast and was again told there was a wait for food, they stated 1 minute and instead we waited 3-5 more minutes and the bagel then came out with burnt spots.
Before the remodel there were quick times but they don't seem to have the speed expected of a fast food joint anymore.
I love the remodeled and expanded drive thru. It's now 2 lanes to handle traffic more efficiently and they added windows. The wait locations to pull ahead and wait for your food are better located and safer for the cars to pull in and out of.
The parking lot, parking lot entrances and attached semi-trailer truck/RV parking area have been redesigned as well for better accessibility.
Since they reopened, they do not know how to manage their supplies. They never have iced tea.It's hit or miss. So I went to dunkin' donuts right next door.
