Drive thru is a nightmare, they make you pull up or into a parking space then forget you. The food is sloppily put together and then crammed into a paper bag so full of food that it almost bursts. The Head manager is rude and condescending (she’s a hoot). And who knows the last time they’ve cleaned their soda machines, the sodas are almost exclusively stale or flat.

Horrible set up. Just to get to restaurant you have to drive all around parking lots in other businesses to get to the McDonalds. Once there you walk in and its like a sterile room. One register and all order kiosk. We waited by the register for a few minutes and no one said a ahello they were busy in back talking and waiting on drive thru. We placed order on kiosk and then 10 minutes later we got our food. 10 minutes ??? For two breakfast sandwiches?? And 2 sodas? Yeah skip this place horrible customer service they got two stars cuase at least the food was good. But they got my sandwich wrong.

Ordered from doordash a big breakfast with hotcakes... the only thing that showed up was the damn pancakes No Busquit No Eggs No Hashbrown No Sausage... Not even butter or syrup!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Customer Service is just Pathetic!!! ALERTED DoorDash
Worst McDonald’s in the area. 10x better just to go to the one by alamo. This mcd will mess up your order every single time. On top of having no bbq sauce, no drink carries and didn’t even ring up part of my order. Half the time when I order a sweet tea they will give me unsweet and not put what I ordered in the bag. I will never come to the Stephen city mcd again

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's I've been to when it comes to forgetting and messing up orders. They've forgotten entire parts of my order several times and JUST gave me a cup of hot water with a small amount of unmixed chocolate syrup at the bottom for hot chocolate and my coffee was just as bad. I genuinely don't understand how this keeps happening.
