Papa Johns Pizza

I will never order from this place again! I have been ordering from here for about 3 years, since moving to Front Royal from Winchester, and I have had issues from them here and there but not too bad. Tonight was the final straw! I placed an online order a few hours before picking it up, I set the pickup time for 6:00 because I know how this place is, as I was planning on picking it up at 6:30. I got there at 6:40, and I was informed by the boy working the register that it was going to be another 35 minutes before my order was ready! Not to mention every time I go in there, there is a redheaded girl with glasses that seems to have the biggest attitude towards everyone, including the other employees.

Boneless bbq wings is chicken nuggets in bbq “drizzle”!! Complete waste of money!! Pizza and bread sticks no wings y’all!!

I just ordered a pizza from Papa John’s, and once again, I am thoroughly impressed! The service is always exceptional. The employee at the desk always goes above and beyond. The food prep staff is also awesome. Highly recommend this location!

Always love eating Papa Johns.However, I hate paying for it, so I drove down to Dominios and took advantage of their tasty pizza and deals.

Order through the phone then went to pickup. Got it my food pretty fast. Got 3 pizzas and some cheesy bread. My triple cheese pizza didn't seem so triple cheese though as I could still see the sauce and it looked as if it was a regular pepperoni pizza. Other than that it was

Service was excellent AS ALWAYS!! We order from here several times each month. Yes, we may have an issue once in a great while(too many mushrooms..lol), but their customer service always handles any issues promptly and professionally.

Love Papa John’s! My kids always want stuffed crust, Papa John’s to the win! We love their pizza & food and order from here often.

Walked in this evening only to be told that wasn’t a single menu in the restaurant. Then I noticed it wasn’t one poster one picture board. Nothing. Guys working there seem pretty cool but this location looks like a bomb went off. Empty, unappealing, and clearly unprepared. Normally I would’ve simply used my phone to look at the menu, but anybody from the area knows that the shopping center is a signal deadzone. ??

I called to simply order pizza and the person that answered the phone was so incompetent that after 20 minutes on the phone I got nothing. After taking over 15 minutes to enter very simple pizzas he took another 5 minutes which he entered my card info wrong. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I hope this gets to someone higher up. They just lost my business completely. Would give zero stars if I could.
