Very nice, sophisticated Starbucks right off of I-81 on the outskirts of old town Stephen’s City. It’s a beautiful location and it has friendly and knowledgeable baristas.

Honestly the worst Starbucks in the area. You’d figure they at least try to make the order correct. I’ve gotten the same thing everywhere I go there for 3 years now. Grande cinnamon dolce late hot, no whip, blonde expresso, upside down. I tip 2$ and I say nothing. Like I know when it’s not correct, it’s a simple flipping drink. Anyways. Always busy, unskilled and unmotivated place. They make more than 60% of the people working in the area you’d figured they’d try

The pecan crunch oatmilk latte was DELICIOUS! My hubby's PSL was perfectly on point too!! Very friendly staff and relaxing, clean environment!!

What is it with Starbuck store in Stephens City buying a frappuccino caramel ribbon crunch, they always put the crunch on the top where there is no flavor of the crunch in the coffee until your finish it with whip cream. I have asked few times to put extra crunch & to put it in the middle of the drink and they STILL put it on the top. MY question is why is this the ONLY store that puts it on the top and all the other many stores I go to put it in the middle and top? I am going to report this to Corp Starbucks

I come at least 3-4 times a week and everyone is always SO PLEASANT. Usually get the same thing because I am pregnant and can only hold down certain things. However, today I was extremely disappointed. I placed my order at the drive through around 9:30am and the person taking my order was extremely impatient and rude. Didn’t let me finish speaking when placing my order. There was no line, so I’m not sure why she was in such a rush. Then when I got my drink I noticed that there was a huge layer of cinnamon on top and she offered me a cup to “shake” my drink. When she came back from grabbing my sandwich she said “your drink was shaken.” First, why on earth are you starting an argument with a paying customer. I literally let it go and had no intention of saying anything further. Second, there was a huge layer of cinnamon on top and as a personal preference, I prefer not to swallow chunks of cinnamon. I am always nice, tip even when it’s not earned, but today was unacceptable. If you don’t like your job or people, it might be best to find new employment. PLEASE DO BETTER.

Served us two of the same drinks instead of the two we ordered. One was filled so high it was spilling in our truck and on us. Didn’t realize the mistakenly made drinks till we were on our way out of town. Frustrated to say the least. $7 coffee we didn’t get. B’fast sandwhich was good tho!
