Every time I order here, it takes over 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Friendly staff, and clean store. Shouldn't have to wait in line for that long for a coffee though. Disappointing.

I stop by this Starbucks frequently for a matcha, and the baristas never disappoint. Christine and Natalie practically know my order by heart. They’re consistently friendly and patient, managing even the most challenging customers with professionalism. Even on the busiest days, their service remains exceptional.

Always had a good experience here, except today. 10.10.25 @12:20ishpm. The drive through lady (dark skin and dark hair) . She shouldn't be in the front to serve customers. Super rude. She should be in the back and wash dishes. Should fit her better.

I’ve been to this location numerous times but on this specific day I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and worker tried giving me a drink that’s been sitting for an extended period of time. I order through the drive through and only one car was in front. There’s no way the drink would have melted so soon covering majority of the whipped cream. Sept 30th @5:17pm I arrived at the window and for two minutes her back was turned to me. I was only addressed when she tried giving me an old drink.
Typical Starbucks. Food and drinks were good. The Barnstable making my drinks did a well and I got my two drinks in a timely manner. The people in charge of the sandwiches were terrible. Almost 20 min to get two sandwiches is ridiculous. It was not busy and it was obvious that they were prioritizing the drive through.

Very nice, sophisticated Starbucks right off of I-81 on the outskirts of old town Stephen’s City. It’s a beautiful location and it has friendly and knowledgeable baristas.

Honestly the worst Starbucks in the area. You’d figure they at least try to make the order correct. I’ve gotten the same thing everywhere I go there for 3 years now. Grande cinnamon dolce late hot, no whip, blonde expresso, upside down. I tip 2$ and I say nothing. Like I know when it’s not correct, it’s a simple flipping drink. Anyways. Always busy, unskilled and unmotivated place. They make more than 60% of the people working in the area you’d figured they’d try
