A woman came in and she was in a hurry like a special hurry and come to find out her daughter works here . So instead of the girl doing other peoples drinks she makes sure her mother gets her drink fast and quick , and mind you their is at least 4 others including myself waiting . But she gets her drink within 2 mins and everyone else has to wait , her mother was rude . I really do not care what anyone has to say . It’s not fair that because someone’s child’s works in a place that the mother gets special treatment . She needs to wait like everyone else. And she was in a rush and kept making sure the person at the register knew it . We’re all in a rush . We all deserve the same treatment and wait our turns .

Every single time I come here I get the same drink and each time I am disappointed. I ask for extra praline topping and to line the cup with extra caramel. I get neither as requested. Considering it costs an extra $0.60 to line the cup, it should be lined more than one squirt. The barista who makes this each time seems to be the same.

When purchasing reusanle cups or drink containers, the bartista used to wash the cups/containers, free of charge and will give you the discount... upon request for this service the barists noted the dishwasher is broken....

Was at this yesterday morning around 6am. One of the rudest employees working there - Maddy. Was working the drive thru, why was she just holding my order for no reason. This is my second encounter with her and both times, she has been nasty and rude. She didn’t think I could see her, but she took my food and just stood around the corner doing nothing, my drink and food was ready, she just standing there. Not talking to anyone or making a drink, just standing there for no reason. I was a daily customer, but no more. Management and service has declined, they will not see me for a long while, if at all at this point. Too early in the morning to come to work with a nasty attitude, maybe stay at home at keep it to yourself.

Colin is the best!! Although I still received great service this morning during my daily morning stop for coffee, I was throughly disappointed to see a face that wasn't Colin's when I got to the window. I recently started this commute due to moving, and he helps cure my morning brain. I consistently forget to get my app scanned to receive my points (if you go to Starbucks regularly, you know how important this is). I had almost forgotten one day, but I remembered and grabbed my phone at the last second. Colin laughed and happily scanned my phone. The next day, he saw the app on my phone, sitting in my lap, waiting to be scanned, and though I had completely forgotten, Colin didn't! Thanks, Colin! There are a couple of Starbucks on my commute, and I wasn't sure which location would be best to use. I will always stop at this one. They are always speedy and kind, even when Colin isn't there! Thanks to not only Colin but their entire team!

I came through one day for the three dollar drinks. The next day I came through for my regular price drink both times I had issues. Anoma took care of me and fixed it up. I try not to complain and I was very nice, but she was a complete sweetheart and wasn’t rude at all. I could not thank her enough for her kindness and helpfulness.
