I stop by this Starbucks frequently for a matcha, and the baristas never disappoint. Christine and Natalie practically know my order by heart. They’re consistently friendly and patient, managing even the most challenging customers with professionalism. Even on the busiest days, their service remains exceptional.
I want to give a huge shout out to Natalie at this location. She is friendly, professional, and makes coming to the Starbucks worth driving a few extra miles. Please make sure she is recognized for her fantastic customer service and attitude.
Typical Starbucks. Food and drinks were good. The Barnstable making my drinks did a well and I got my two drinks in a timely manner. The people in charge of the sandwiches were terrible. Almost 20 min to get two sandwiches is ridiculous. It was not busy and it was obvious that they were prioritizing the drive through.
