This Starbucks gets my drink right EVERY TIME, however… if you do mobile order, they never mark it as “ready”. A few times now my drink has been sitting there but the app says “it’s being prepared”. So they need to press the “order ready button”. That’s all!
Window girl not friendly but cashiers at front desk were. Drink was made incorrect so had to come back in to have it corrected. The girl inside at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
I'm not sure if this is something they only do in Texas:
When purchasing reusanle cups or drink containers, the bartista used to wash the cups/containers, free of charge and will give you the discount... upon request for this service the barists noted the dishwasher is broken....
