My review is two fold, first I don’t know how anyone gets hired here after my son showed up on time for his scheduled interview and was told that the manager wasn’t going to be in for 5 more hours. Second, Also the food is terrible & the service is sub par. My mashed potato bowls were nearly all gravy with 2 pieces of chicken. Not even a hello from the cashier in the drive thru. Do better!

We stopped to get some KFC and eat in. The 7 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. Ad says that you can do a different side instead of 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and I've done it at other places. This place wouldn't let us and the chicken was cold, the breast was so small, you would think it was a small thigh. In fact the thighs and legs were miniature. The lady that took our order was very rude. If it wasn't for embarrassing my husband, I would have left and told her to keep her food. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there to eat.

black hair in my food unseasoned fries no butter no jelly and none of the sauce i asked for the mac and cheese was cold dont complain to the manager shes useless - cant even give out a voucher kfc USED TO BE my comfort meal. ZERO STARS Store manager refused to give me a voucher They even failed to put my fries IN THE BAG

For years of attempting to get food here the chips are always stail and old ..taco pizza here is horrible cause stail crispy shells ..they charge a dollar for avocado sauce they dump food in bag so it always spills in bag making mess .. they don't do advertise meal deals .. several staff are rude .. food is poorly made .. chicken is dry ..

Ordered my food and been waiting for 20 minutes but the order for 4 different people behind me in the drive thru came out first and the employee admitted that they were making the larger order that came in after mine first. That is an appalling way to conduct business and I should get a refund and apology as everytime I come to this taco bell it's absolutely terrible they are either out of everything or you are waiting forever for your order

doors locked, lots of arm waving from the staff as if go round.
Went to drive through window to ask a question as there was no other way of talking to them.
Immediate response was you can’t be here, when I tried to ask a question. The immediate response was ‘thank you’ ( aka get lost) and she shut the window in my face.

I got crunchy taco supreme combo and the shells taste like they were a year old! I ate them and got sick to my stomach, headache and they terrible indigestion. Maybe old oil- never again!
