Beautiful mansion!

My fiancée and I toured here as a prospective wedding venue. The man who showed us around was their wedding planner/event organizer, Colt, and he was INCREDIBLY rude. Very condescending, and made us feel very stupid for asking questions. It’s a beautiful place, but it’s small and a bit cramped. If you’re having more than 80 people, don’t consider it. I would have loved it and seriously considered it if it hadn’t been for our tour guide/wedding planner.

Historic Jordan Springs is an incredible wedding venue! We got married here last weekend and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. With it being all-inclusive, it truly made the wedding planning process easier. From the beginning, Colt helped us with the planning process and answered our questions. The day of the wedding, Colt and his team were true professionals and kept things running smoothly. His attention to detail was unmatched and made us truly feel special and pampered. The little things meant so much, like bringing us mints before the ceremony to helping to bustle my wedding dress. The food tasted great and the decor was even better than we had envisioned. Everything was stunning and many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We wish we could relive this day again and again!

We highly recommend this venue for all couples getting married! Jordan Springs is such a gorgeous and unique wedding venue. It provides both beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces so weather is never a concern. Both indoors and outdoors provides some of the prettiest areas for photos. It's all inclusive packaging is very reasonable in price and truly includes almost everything you need for a wedding which eased so much stress! Our wedding looked liked we paid so much more than we actually did. All of the food was delicious from the drinks, appetizers, dinner, cake and late night snack. The decor was absolutely stunning in both the ceremony and reception space.

Colt and his staff made sure the entire event from start to finish was handled with exceptional and uncommon care, calm professionalism, and true dedication that made us all feel very special and melt away any stress we were feeling. Our daughter commented on how she felt so pampered the whole time which meant a lot to us. Right before she started to walk down the aisle, Colt notices she was starting to get emotional. He quickly gave her a funny, silly face to make her laugh which resulted in her walking down the aisle with a beautiful smile. Little actions like this were very big and meaningful to us. The attention to the smallest details and keeping everything running smoothly was top notch the entire time! All of the staff provided very prompt and friendly service.

They also provided a few upgrades that enhanced our experience including the beef (which everyone raved about) and appetizers without even a suggestion of adding cost. It was a very pleasant surprise and something they did not need to do. It was extremely appreciated!

To Colt and the staff of Jordan Springs, it was such a joy working with you. Thank you again for making our daughter's and son-in-law's dream day come true. We will always remember your kindness and the outstanding work you did to help create such amazing memories!

This place was beautiful and they made my daughter's winning experience fabulous! Colt was such an organized professional. They made it feel almost stress free for us. Highly recommend using the salon on site for hair and makeup as well. Very experienced with all hair types and makeup styles. Our whole bridal party felt fabulous!

This is a long review, simply because there is plenty of good things to be said about Jordan Springs and its staff (and if you’ve looked at other websites and see my same review, yes I am reposting it intentionally because people need to set their sights on this venue!).

I got married here on April 19, 2025 and we had so many guests come from far away states. Jordan Springs made their long distance travel well worth it because everyone had such a blast. And I’m not just saying this from a biased perspective of a newlywed. We had guests uploading pictures and videos of the venue even days after the wedding, reminiscing about it. We had guests come up to us during the reception and after the wedding to compliment all of the wedding festivities and the venue itself. And we had at least 6 guests that danced in public for the first time (really, almost everyone was dancing). It was that good.

My husband and I were extremely nervous leading up to the wedding because we had done all the planning remotely via e-mail with Colt and we just didn’t know what to expect. Once you book with them, you are given a wedding planning binder that gives you an overview of all the things you need to think about. We always hear horror stories about the stresses of wedding planning, but this wasn’t our experience. It was so straightforward that it made us question if we were doing it right. But it really was that easy. We did not have to pay thousands for a one-off coordinator, as Colt and the Jordan Springs team do the coordinating for you. We didn’t have to pester our bridal and groom party to help with decorations and preparations because Jordan Springs handled this for us. As soon as you book with Jordan Springs the detail is already followed to the tee, and your vision truly comes to life the day of. This attention to detail continues until the wedding festivities are officially over and as bride and groom you will be extremely spoiled.

The JS team have the whole wedding day down to a science, literally talking on radios to coordinate so things go as seamlessly as possible. Colt is extremely mindful, especially, of the bride’s experience and he will ensure that you and your groom eat, and do the right romantic things in picture perfect moments. I have never seen such a careful, impeccable group of people work together to make someone else’s day extra special.

At the end of it all, because we had an amazing package for our day, we ended up paying significantly less than your average wedding cost and it honestly felt like we should have paid more for that experience. We definitely got our money’s worth and more!

Visit the venue and don’t think twice. Book it!

I just wanted to take a moment and truly thank you for creating the most special and beautiful day for Sean and I. Being that I gave myself 6 months to plan a wedding, I held low expectations, recognizing that there was no way everything could be perfect with such a short timeline. However, my expectations were completely exceeded. You went above and beyond. The way you run your business is nothing short of exceptional.
We felt so incredibly stress free, we were able to stay present in the moments, and truly enjoy every moment of our day.
We received so many compliments, our guests telling us it was the most beautiful venue they have ever seen.
I want you to know that Sean and I are blessed to have found you and your venue. You were apart of an unforgettable day, and you made it our dream come true.

My nephew had his wedding at Jordan Springs Estate December 2024. We have attended a lot of receptions, and this one exceeded all expectations. Beautiful venue, meticulously orchestrated reception, excellent food, beverage and service was impeccable. The Christmas decorations were magical. Thank you for making this a memorable event.

My wife and I are elated that we chose Jordan Springs as the venue for our wedding. Living in the Northern Virginia area, my wife and I were initially astonished at the costs of venues around the DC metro area, and often the venues only offered a space to host the ceremony - the rest was up to us. One venue we visited within our budget (which ended up being about the same cost as Jordan Springs) was so underwhelming we contemplated not hosting a ceremony at all.

We stumbled across Jordan Springs, and through the entire process, Colt's organization and ability to simplify and streamline the process made our jobs so much easier in planning the event. Not only is the venue a gorgeous destination, we found even more value in the ability to plan so efficiently - and beautifully. Jordan Springs has a relationship with several other related services, such as a dress boutique, flowers, makeup, and a local hotel (which can host your rehearsal dinner!) While the setup of these services does require some extra communication, their established relationship makes the integration process seamless!

On the day of the ceremony, Colt continued to be attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed as well as making sure the ceremony ran smoothly. My groomsmen even made comments about how detailed and helpful he was on walking us through rehearsal day. At the reception, the bar and wait staff were exceptional as well. They were friendly, lively, and personable the entire night. (A couple of them even danced with us at the end!!)

I could not recommend this venue enough. My wife, weeks later, still talks about how Colt and the staff truly made her feel like a princess that day - arguably the most important quality a wedding venue can offer.

If I could give Jordan Springs Estates 6 stars, I certainly would! We had our wedding here last weekend and everything went amazingly. The entire process was well organized, cost efficient, and beautiful. Colt is a ROCKSTAR! Leading up to the event, he consistently maintained contact and answered all our questions in a timely manner. His gentle reminders and tidbits of advice we extremely welcomed and useful.

Even when some of our guests we showing up at the last minute, he never made us feel that it was a problem. He would just say, "it's fine."

If you are planning a wedding and want a beautiful location, easy process, and it to be cost friendly, you really need to check it out. You won't be disappointed!

Colt never showed up to give us our tour even though we reserved a 4pm tour and confirmed with him. Glad it was just the initial tour and not our wedding- wasted 4 hours and an afternoon driving there and back home for nothing.
