Went to see the Christmas lights. Pretty but kind of disappointed in general by it

This is my review for Colt and the entire Jordan Springs Estate staff! They were phenomenal and I cannot recommend them enough!

I just wanted to take a moment and truly thank you for creating the most special and beautiful day for Sean and I. Being that I gave myself 6 months to plan a wedding, I held low expectations, recognizing that there was no way everything could be perfect with such a short timeline. However, my expectations were completely exceeded. You went above and beyond. The way you run your business is nothing short of exceptional.
We felt so incredibly stress free, we were able to stay present in the moments, and truly enjoy every moment of our day.
We received so many compliments, our guests telling us it was the most beautiful venue they have ever seen.
I want you to know that Sean and I are blessed to have found you and your venue. You were apart of an unforgettable day, and you made it our dream come true.

My nephew had his wedding at Jordan Springs Estate December 2024. We have attended a lot of receptions, and this one exceeded all expectations. Beautiful venue, meticulously orchestrated reception, excellent food, beverage and service was impeccable. The Christmas decorations were magical. Thank you for making this a memorable event.

My wife and I are elated that we chose Jordan Springs as the venue for our wedding. Living in the Northern Virginia area, my wife and I were initially astonished at the costs of venues around the DC metro area, and often the venues only offered a space to host the ceremony - the rest was up to us. One venue we visited within our budget (which ended up being about the same cost as Jordan Springs) was so underwhelming we contemplated not hosting a ceremony at all.

We stumbled across Jordan Springs, and through the entire process, Colt's organization and ability to simplify and streamline the process made our jobs so much easier in planning the event. Not only is the venue a gorgeous destination, we found even more value in the ability to plan so efficiently - and beautifully. Jordan Springs has a relationship with several other related services, such as a dress boutique, flowers, makeup, and a local hotel (which can host your rehearsal dinner!) While the setup of these services does require some extra communication, their established relationship makes the integration process seamless!

On the day of the ceremony, Colt continued to be attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed as well as making sure the ceremony ran smoothly. My groomsmen even made comments about how detailed and helpful he was on walking us through rehearsal day. At the reception, the bar and wait staff were exceptional as well. They were friendly, lively, and personable the entire night. (A couple of them even danced with us at the end!!)

I could not recommend this venue enough. My wife, weeks later, still talks about how Colt and the staff truly made her feel like a princess that day - arguably the most important quality a wedding venue can offer.

If I could give Jordan Springs Estates 6 stars, I certainly would! We had our wedding here last weekend and everything went amazingly. The entire process was well organized, cost efficient, and beautiful. Colt is a ROCKSTAR! Leading up to the event, he consistently maintained contact and answered all our questions in a timely manner. His gentle reminders and tidbits of advice we extremely welcomed and useful.

Even when some of our guests we showing up at the last minute, he never made us feel that it was a problem. He would just say, "it's fine."

If you are planning a wedding and want a beautiful location, easy process, and it to be cost friendly, you really need to check it out. You won't be disappointed!

Colt never showed up to give us our tour even though we reserved a 4pm tour and confirmed with him. Glad it was just the initial tour and not our wedding- wasted 4 hours and an afternoon driving there and back home for nothing.

We got married here and we both had a wonderful time, and received nothing but compliments about the decor, venue, cake, and service. Everything was so smooth and easy, and I loved that their experience (particularly Colt, the Executive Director) meant they were able to give us little "tips" of what to look out for and how to handle different situations. Event planning is NOT a strength or interest of ours, so the checklists and guidance they provided made this process so much simpler than we were expecting.We also loved that there were multiple places where we were able to just say, "we don't know - something sort of like this?" and the Jordan Springs staff just took that and ran with it in such a spectacular manner.Jordan Springs did an absolutely fantastic job, and we really appreciate all of their experience, advice, professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail. We were so impressed that they even thought to put thoughtful comments in our guest book!Thank you again for such an absolutely wonderful experience - for both us and our guests!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff was amazing, the food was delicious the venue was a dream come true! My guest stated it was all so nice and loved staff as well! I was upset because we misplaced my toss bouquet and Colt had an extra i can use to toss at last minute! Definitely was a magical night! Definitely recommend!

there are truly no words to express how thankful we are for everything Historic Jordan Springs has done to make sure this night was as great as it was!!! we had to rescheduled literally last minute last year & they were SO understanding, accommodating & supportive! tonight their entire staff went above & beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I literally realized mid ceremony that I forgot my vows upstairs & as soon as Colt realized my panic, he got somebody up there & my vows in my hand with perfect timing. the food & cake were amazing & I really will forever be grateful for all of their hard work to pull of such a beautiful wedding! I wouldn’t have wanted it anywhere else, with any better team. Thank you SO MUCH to Colt & the entire team. They truly made it a night to remember & words just cannot express our gratitude for this wonderful team! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The Jordan Springs Estate and staff are ON POINT. From the big things (the food is amazing, their wedding scheduling rivals the atomic clock) to the small things (providing pens or markers for the guest book because you didn't even realize you forgot to bring them, making sure the couple is relaxed and enjoying themselves), the team has it all nailed down. Wish I could get married again just to spend the day with them!
