I ordered a purple and black cake I received a white cake I asked for it with too little cake cream they put too much cream bread it was not avia this cake was old it was not freshly made

I made an order from a day before and told them I will pick it up at a certain time since I was for a funeral I was going to. When I got there nothing was prepared and I had to wait a long time for them to get it ready and right.
The two ladies working need some training in customer service and need to communicate with whoever takes the orders over the phone. It is ridiculous to order in advance and wait 45 minutes for your order. Bad experience!

!!NO SERVEEE!! As much as the food at your other location (reston) the food has no flavor, it is not funny to be served, everything is missing and like your other location, the bakery, I went to buy a cake from your display case and it was all sour and all the fruit on top rotten NOT RECOMMENDED ITS TWO PREMISES, DO NOT VISIT THEM, lousy service that sells things in poor condition.
